The food truck itself is eye-catching. Reminds me of that expensive luxury shoes with the red bottoms (Christian Louboutin). Anyhow, The truck looks so chic and clean. The staff are friendly and nice. We got the Loaded fries with sisig and egg. The fries, in spite of the creamy cheese and sisig on top, remained crispy. It has been deep-fried to perfection. The meat is well seasoned and juicy, although it didn't taste like Sisig to me. I hope they change the seasoning to how the original Sisig tastes like. Overall, it tastes good. Next time, I will definitely try the other food on the menu

The team at Pinorrito made the entire catering process seamless and hassle-free. And let's talk about the food - it was absolutely delicious! The fusion dishes of adobo fries, tacos, and rice bowls were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were spot on. The calamansi juice was so refreshing, and the ubi ice cream was a delightful dessert that everyone enjoyed. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food. I tried their mixed taco plate at the Bayanihan Festival at Elk Grove. It was a busy event but the line moved quick and the wait wasn't too late for the food. I wish the tacos were indicated which was which on the plate. I wasn't a fan of the meat with a hot pink marinade. It reminded me of bagoong. The two other tacos were yummy. Their lumpia was the best out of the three other places. I liked that they had a beeper versus calling our orders.

I visited Pinorrito at the mid-Autumn festival. It was a lovely food truck that also has an establishment in Sacramento. I ordered tacos and my friend had a rice plate with egg on top. Everything came out pretty quickly and the service was very friendly. Both were absolutely scrumptious and I wouldn't change a thing. If you are in the mood for good food I would definitely check out Pinorito.

Ralph was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had Pinorrito food truck cater my husbands 40th birthday party. Not only was the food mouth watering, the staff was excellent to our guests. I received nothing, but compliments about their food and services. I would ABSOLUTELY have them cater our next big event. Again, Ralph made it happen. He was very communicative, professional and punctual. The only thing I would do differently is order 3 of everything off their menu and eat it for leftovers for days. I want their pork lumpia and rice bowl right now! Thanks again Ralph!
Got the pork sisig loaded fries, when they were at "Our Street Night Market." Luckily, I caught them in a relatively short line, and they were fairly quick getting orders out. I tried the pork sisig loaded fries and added an egg on top. Total was $18. The fries were thin, hot, and crispy (except for the ones in the middle that had the meat right on top; those got soggy of course). The citrus-marinated pork was fresh and flavorful and so tender. The white sauce on top was tasty and the pickled veggies and cilantro complimented the meat. The egg was way over cooked. It did nothing for the dish (no egg porn), and I ended up tossing it. I didn't order it any special way, so it should've came as a sunny side up egg or over easy at the most. Aside from the egg, the presentation was very nice and portion was good, although heavy on the fries. Service was friendly and food came out faster than expected. Next time I would get the sisig on a rice plate and ask for a sunny side up egg. Support small, local, and all things Filipino!

I visited Pinorrito while at the R street market. I am really glad that I finally had the opportunity to try the food. I orders the pork lumpia's and the pork sisig, which were really good. The sisig was really flavorful. I have no complaints.

Had this place for the first time at the local ADESA auto auction in Rio Linda. Their food is packed with flavor and the customer service is so friendly. Would love to see more Filipino dishes that are beef and/or chicken. Highly recommend these guys though!

I was glad to find another Filipino food truck in the area. Sisig is one of my favorite foods so I know I had to try it. The prices are a little high for the amount of food you get, but maybe that's expected for food trucks. The rice plate was good, but the sisig was a little too dry for me. But it didn't stop me from eating my entire plate. Presentation was good & the food was made timely. Next time, I'll probably try their fries.

We booked these guys through SactoMofo for an event and all I can say is WOW! Seriously the best lumpia I've ever had, even better than anything I had growing up in Hawaii. I also tried the pork sisig and it was delicious! Everyone who got a plate from this truck absolutely loved it. Total hit and I cannot wait to have them back again next year :)
