This pizza really has to be the worst in the Sacramento region. I ordered a large combo pizza. Long story short, I placed a order with them for delivery, they arrived at my residence an hour and forty-five minutes later, a tip was out of the question. I opened it up and it was soggy and greasy to boot, this was supposed to be a combo pizza, and I'm thinking, where are the toppings? I know everything is measured out for quality control but this was ridiculous. I could have made a better pizza than this, but I didn't feel like kneading dough that day. Bottom line, if you are looking for a tasty pizza parlor I can recommend two places Delish Pizza and Mountain Mike's very tasty by the way and well worth your hard earned money.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today, June 19, 2025.

I placed a delivery order that included two pizzas and a side, totaling over $50. One of the items I specifically ordered was a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. However, when the order arrived, the large pizza was stuffed crust cheese only, missing the pepperoni entirely.

I immediately called the store to report the mistake, and I was told that their system showed the order was for cheese. I know I selected pepperoni when placing my order. The employee offered me a $10 off coupon, but that was not an acceptable solution for a completely incorrect order, especially at this price point.

I then had to leave my home and drive to the store to have the pizza remade — which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. I told the staff on the phone that I was coming, but when I arrived, the pizza hadn’t even been started. I had to wait another 20 minutes at the store, during which time the rest of my food — which I left at home — was getting cold.

To make matters worse, I witnessed a staff member take the incorrect pizza I had returned and put it in their personal vehicle, which is extremely concerning from a food safety and sanitation standpoint.

I am a loyal customer who orders from your location at least twice a month, and this experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I expect better customer service, accountability for mistakes, and proper handling of returned food.

I hope that management will take this matter seriously and provide a response that reflects the poor experience and inconvenience caused today.

My husband dropped a whole box of pizza and when we called to see if we can get a replacement, they said no and we would have to repay if we want another one. We weren't going to spend around $40 just for a M size pizza, so we didn't reorder. It was our lose. I know for a fact, even if they gave us a free replacement, they still would have made profit. Us losing $20 is a bigger lose than them giving us a free replacement. Idk how it's worth it to them to lose a returning customer. Now that's a bigger lose to them than giving us a free replacement.

I had a absolutely splendid interaction with one of the employees while picking up pizza on the 13th of April. I believe his name was Evyn, great customer service and he went above and beyond and asked me about my day AND you get a free soda if you order a pizza over 25$. They unfortunately were out of plates but they had everything else. Overall 5/5 stars I definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Based on the fact that they are trying to rip off their customers, they are going through hard times. I called them to order pizza using a coupon. They began to claim that the chicken garlic is actually two-topic pizza. Oh, really? LOL! I told them their flyer tells a different story, and nobody cares. Ruined my plans for lunch on Super bowl day

I’m their neighbor in same plaza. Sometimes they are really good but often their employees don’t read on line instructions. Today I requested extra sausage on my pizza for which I was charged “extra” $3. But it was same regular, not a deal of $3 but thing is you don’t get what you ordered.

They offer gluten-free pizzas but these are prepared on the same surfaces as the regular pizzas.
