Placed an online order for delivery on a Thursday at 830pm expected delivery at 915pm. Got a text saying the order was out for delivery, but never received the order. Called at 930pm and no answer after holding for 30 mins. They close at 10 so maybe they forgot?

I spent about $120 on pizza and wings. The wings were the best part of the meal. The pizza tasted underdone, and just not appetizing at all. We tried three different kinds of pizza.. none were good. We ended up eating a couple slices each and threw the rest away. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Tried Pizza Guys' cheese pizza, and it was simply good. The quality of the cheese and crust met expectations, making it a satisfying choice for a quick and tasty pizza fix. This location always delivers on the cheese pizza other locations I have to ask for extra cheese this location just does it right the first

I am a regular Customer but pizza guys has been downgrading. Last time I placed an order it was received incorrectly and they told me I had store credit. When I called today to place an order and use my store credit the guy on the phone his name was "kurince" has poor customer service on the phone. There was no greeting, and when I told him I was calling in regards of my store credit and told him my name he simply responded "phone number" in a rude way. After I placed my order with him which this credit should have been a replacement to my previous order which should have been a replacement of two large pizzas. My original order, my credit only now covered one large pizza. I asked for him to apply the coupons and he said there was none avaible to me. He refused to apply the coupons. My last order was wrong, today's service poor and overpriced. The service is a joke. I've been a loyal pizza guys fan for over 4 years, time to move on I guess.

There's multiple locations of Pizza Guys I go to. But this particular location is my favorite.Sara the manager is Awesome. If there's something wrong. She won't argue with you. She'll just fix it right away.When I call to place an order. She remembers my name and how I like my pizza.And when I go to pick it up. I feel welcome.I can't give it 5 star's.Because I had a few bumps with some of the employees there.But Sara the manager is 5 Star's.

Horribly slow service. Got pizza after 60 minutes. Arrived at store 20 minutes after ordering online and were told pizza should be ready any minute. We patiently waited 20 minutes in the store and the guy finally decided to check on the status of the pizza and announced that our order somehow got "lost" so now they're going to actually start making the pizza. So then we sat in the store for an additional 20 minutes and finally got the pizza after an hour. In the 40 minutes we sat at the store we saw them screw up other people's orders as well. Nobody bothered to check on us and ask if we needed anything. Horrible experience and waste of time
I've order from here for many years, but since they updated their app the service has gone downhill. My last two orders has taken over an hour to get wings, a salad and drink delivered. I'll get my food from somewhere else from now on.

Highly recommend this pizza location. Absolutely loved the pizza, flats breads and calzones made here. Also had a delicious, huge garden salad.This location has pizza, pasta, appetizers and salads from their menu. However you can also order online from two other pizza/calzone restaurants and have it ready for pick up!Great service.This is a pick up location only. But there are tables outside at a nearby icecream shop.Vegetarian options: Great veggie options available. Including beyond sausages and meats for your pizza.

We placed order and received confirmation. About 15 minutes later we received a text message that our order is ready. When we went inside to pick up the order, the pizza maker lady told us that they didn’t receive an order. We had to reorder and waited for about an hour to get the pizza. We reported to the pizza maker lady and the manager as well. Both are rude and unprofessional. They didn’t apologize; furthermore, they told us that it is not a big deal. I will never go to this place
