Missing piece of pizza on delivery. Manager called my sister a liar and banned her from ordering from them again. UPDATE: The owner called and was very polite and apologized for the behavior of his manager. The owner refunded my sister's money and re-established her ability to order. The owner says that he will be speaking with the manager and that's not how they do business. My respect for Pizza Guys has been restored! To the owner of Pizza Guys: Thank you for your quick and satisfactory response!!

Pizza Guys always has really great pizza with fresh ingredients. I usually order pick up at this location, and their prices are very reasonable and affordable especially if you take advantage of coupons and deals. They also allow you to take a 2 liter of you spend 25 or more, which I think is really nice. I don't personally drink soda, but my family does, so they enjoy it. I have never had a problem with my order in the many times I've come here. The staff are always sweet, professional, and friendly. They always remind me of their soda promotion and ask if I'd like to pick out a soda, and they also always ask if I would like any condiments. The neighborhood is a little rough but I live out here so it is nothing new to me. My only complaint is that the new website is a little confusing to order and navigate. Deals are not really displayed in a manner where you can see what the deal is, so you have to add it to your cart. But other than that, I really like coming here and I will continue to come here.

I have been eating Pizza Guys for over 25 years. I moved to Sacramento from Pittsburg, CA where I NEVER had a bad order from Pizza Guys in all those years. I just had the worst pizza of my life, literally. If I could give a zero star I would. We have ordered here before and it was just ok in comparison to our past experiences but today was downright awful.First off it was cold, really?! I live very close by. It had too much sauce, I couldn't locate the cheese, it was all meat pizza, meat was missing, mushrooms were scanty and NOT fresh.Pizza Guys is known for their freshness of their ingredients, not at this establishment. My salad had old onions on it too and it ruined the flavor of the rest of the salad.I ordered Dr. Pepper Zero and was given regular Dr. Pepper. All of this with a total of $67, outrageous!!!This experience has ruined my confidence in this chain now. It is way too expensive for this type of quality.I think we will stick with Sam's Club because their Pizza is delicious at a small fraction of the cost of Pizza Guys.

On August 22, 2023, someone attempted to use FOUR of my credit cards at this restaurant manually. I immediately got a notification from my bank and reported it as fraud. When I tried to speak with the owner (THO) the language barrier was unbearable I had to ask for another staff that could speak English. Peter on the other hand was not very helpful at all with my inquiry. Peter sounds like he hated working there but had no choice. He seemed mad at everybody around him. I tried to contact their Corporate Office during business hours but the line is always busy. Maybe they just placed the phone off the hook and after hours there is a recording to call back during the open hours. Wow! Unbelievable! I will report this incident to the local authority and local media so they can do the investigation for me instead.

I ordered pizza online for delivery, it was fast, I'm near by so I guess it made it faster... The Chipotle chicken pizza was delicious. They have good pizza, I would order again. For a Large pizza & delivery was $33.69.

pizza guys were way better before but now! Food and service are not good anymore. I ordered pizza online thrice in a row, and all three times, my pizza was wrong. Even when I mentioned in notes that I dont want specific items on it. When I said it in the store, they were not happy about it and were quite rude to me. The quality of food is not like before and it's very disappointing.

This location is quick and consistent, ordering for almost a year every week now.You also get a free 2 liter when you order 20$ worth online for pickupMost solid orders of pizza already cost around 20, so i'm glad i get free soda with it.Parking: Easy parking.

Wasn't bad. Was in the area at a hotel and needed some late night dinner. They delivered to the hotel in a timely manner. The pizza was good. The spicy bbq wings were pretty good. Overall solid. Would order again if I was craving pizza in a hotel in the area.
