Your app and online ordering kept me from making a simple order. Disappointing

so when you first walk into pizza guys you are greeted with hello and smiles. the guys are very very nice and helpful they also told me about there deals and even gave me coupons then went back to get my free pizza today 5/25/24 and their pizza is sooo good I got two toppings pepperoni and sausage and let me tell yall the sausage was very good and the pepperoni nice and crisp on the edges like I like it. The pizza was šŸ”„ can't wait to go back there to try there wings and desserts.

Fastest delivery I've ever had for a pizza. Once it arrived I opened the box and it was still steaming like the oven was in their delivery car.Only wish it came with pepper flakes and parm.

definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed

No joke! Cant make this up!!! I ordered and my order is over 40 minutes late… and my money gone. I called over an hour not having a way to get there and the lady would answer ā€œnot taking ordersā€ and hang up. Im out dinner and money they charged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And now on my day off go there and figure it out!!!

This was becoming my favorite pizza place but then they decided to switch to door dash delivery which means I now have to tip the pizza place and the dasher, not happy about that. Gonna have to start trying other shops. Times are tough and money is tight.

They are normally great but today I don’t know what happened. It looked like they carried one pizza sideways and burnt the other. I called and told them about it and that I wanted my money back. She sent the driver back with my money which he didn’t give it all back and he took back the pizza. Worst service I ever received
