definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed

Terrible customer service. I waited on the phone for about 15 'minutes and gave up. It's like they don't want to make $$$. Anyways save your time and money and go somewhere else plenty of other pizza spots around the neighborhood.

No joke! Cant make this up!!! I ordered and my order is over 40 minutes late… and my money gone. I called over an hour not having a way to get there and the lady would answer “not taking orders” and hang up. Im out dinner and money they charged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And now on my day off go there and figure it out!!!

This was becoming my favorite pizza place but then they decided to switch to door dash delivery which means I now have to tip the pizza place and the dasher, not happy about that. Gonna have to start trying other shops. Times are tough and money is tight.

They are normally great but today I don’t know what happened. It looked like they carried one pizza sideways and burnt the other. I called and told them about it and that I wanted my money back. She sent the driver back with my money which he didn’t give it all back and he took back the pizza. Worst service I ever received
I tried this place for the first time about a month ago and the Man that took my order over the phone was very nice and also spoke with an accent. It may have been a Spanish accent but I am not certain. I know he was a bit older and very nice. I ordered 3 large pizza if I remember correctly. Came just to 50.00 bucks. It was very tasty and I felt it was a good price. Decided to order from them again last night. The young man had my address but not my previous order so maybe I ordered from the one on Fulton and did not know it. The website says that they have your last order. IDK.. I ordered 3 large two toppings and a medium veggie. The total was 79.00 and some change. The veggie was supposed to be pesto cream sauce instead of the regular white sauce it comes with. I could find no sauce at all and not a hint of pesto. The problem with the 3 large pizzas was along the same line. There was so little sauce I could hardly taste it. Very dry. I don't know. It was overall very disappointing and very pricy compared to my first experience.

I'm a Pizza Guys ( College Greens ) lover. I order a Hawaiian style thick crust pizza weekly. I always have it delivered and I am never disappointed. Fresh Hot and yummy.
