We ordered a garlic lovers pizza to be delivered. The price was fair, although it took 2 and a half hours for delivery. When they were a little late, i called and was told the driver dropped the pizza and had to go back to the restaurant and remake the pizza. I received a phone call from someone who could barely speak English, said he was the Uber driver here to pick me up. He was very confused, even after I told him we were waiting for a pizza. He had my address completely incorrect and couldn't understand my English. I had to text him my address. Very poor delivery service. On the other hand, the garlic lovers pizza was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this pizza. But pick it up at the restaurant.

They sent out a pizza with spoiled lettuce on it (see picture). It's not just ugly and wilted lettuce -- you can taste and smell that it expired. I guess I should be grateful that even though I ordered extra lettuce, I didn't receive it, much like the two other toppings that are supposed to be on the pizza but aren't. And, once again, they didn't send sauce with the appetizer. With this place, it's a 1/10 chance that you'll get the sauce with your appetizer. Pizza Guys appears to be no longer worth the money.

I called to order pizza and put on hold ..... long story short I had pizza delivered from which was an over 60$! so I got an order from mountain mikes way better pizza and they have much better customer service with in the time I was in phone pretty amazing ...never again
Ordered from this location several times and something is always wrong or they forget something. Most recently I ordered a California Garlic Chicken pizza and half the ingredients were not on it. Not sure how you can mess this up.

I needed pizza delivery that took cash upon delivery. It's rare that I have cash, and it took me down a stupid rabbit hole. I live in Midtown. First I called Round Table on Freeport. My face was melting because they didn't have some of the options I needed, they didn't even have 2 liter soda. Then I called Mountain Mike's Pizza on S. I called four times because they put me on hold every time and made me wait more than eight minutes each time I called. Fourth time I finally said never mind. Mountain Mike's, please staff your restaurant with more than two people , and not high school kids that don't care about their job. I finally called Pizza Guys on J St. Winner, winner! Jimmy answered the phone was knowledgeable, he was nice, great customer service, and my order ended up being about $10 less than at either of the other two places if I had actually ordered. Customer service is so rare. The food arrived within 30 minutes and it was awesome! By the way, Jimmy was also my delivery guy! Pizza Guys for the win!
