“I placed an online order for pickup and it was ready very quickly! The order tracker estimated 15 minutes but when I checked back around the 8 minute mark it said my order was ready! When I arrived, a woman greeted me and I gave her my name for the order. She added the final touches (looked like maybe she added some butter to the bacon cheesy bread or something. Whatever it was, I wasn't complaining 😂!) The food was SUPER hot as it had literally JUST come out of the oven and delicious, and the lady who helped me was really sweet! I wish I had gotten her name but she worked on Friday ( 9/20/24) and she needs recognition! It was the end of the night, maybe 9:30 pm or so, and I know she had to have been tired, but she was kind and patient with this tired & hungry old lady!🤣“
“Update: The regional manager contacted me and made this right. The guy made a mistake, apologized, and they fixed it. Updating to give them another chance because the pizza was great. Thank you.
Do NOT go here. I went to pick up my order at this pizza hut and stood there for a hot minute before anyone came up. Then, a guy came out and helped me. The guy told me that I was the only customer that day because they just got the cash drawer up and running since they were robbed earlier. We were talking, and then he rang up my total after grabbing my order. My total was $25.08 for two larger pizzas at buy one get one. I handed the guy $10 cash and asked if he could put the remaining amount on my card. He said yeah no problem. He asked if I wanted plates and napkins, which I replied yes. I thanked him and went on my way. As I got home, I noticed that he charged me the full amount on my card AND pocketed my $10 cash. I tried to call the store multiple times and no answer. It was partly my fault because I should have checked the receipt better. The economy is already rough on people enough. Shame on you for lacking integrity and taking advantage of your customers. I will never order a pizza from here ever again.“
“My pizza was a little overcooked due to me ordering the dinner box , but stick to the round pizza’s it’s always great when I order here! My delivery was great and fast for a last minute dinner change. Oh and I can’t forget my delivery driver Yousuf Jan was amazing!“
