If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. If I was the owner of this establishment, I'd also consider hiring new staff, or at least a new night manager, as the one that's there is not very competent. The owner is losing out on business and revenue from customers because they don't know how to fulfill orders correctly or timely. As a result, I cancelled my order.

First of all, I went in to order they got my order wrong. She charged me $31 for order of breadsticks that were 7.99. She had to get the manager involved to get the refund and the manager told me it was a communication error. I told the manager I ordered one order of breadsticks not five orders so now I'm waiting for the pizza and the chicken fettuccine. We got our food and took it home when we got home and we opened up the box. We were shocked that the pizza was so shriveled up the crust was ultra thin. There was hardly any cheese. The sauce was sweet, kind of tangy taste, which is much different than roundtable And very little meat and olives, just really skimpy on the toppings... Bottom line... Don't waste your money, if you just want fluff and dried bread, then go to Pizza Hut. I don't know what I was thinking to go back there. Nothing has changed over the years. It might even have been worse than before.

First of all the delivered person delivered to wrong house whose is next door. My neighbor was nice enough to asked if we order pizza because the pizza guy just drop off and left. Just to open first box and so on to my 3rd pizza that it was all cheese pizza? So I paid $23-$25xx each for cheese pizza? They even got one of my soda wrong. Everyone was hungry and waiting for pizza just to received cheese pizza

We ordered dinner to be delivered to our hotel. The "dasher" was 20 minutes late, but indicated she arrived on time in their App. NOPE. NOW onto the food. We ordered a melt and pasta. The melt was so "crispy" that it was pretty much inedible. Yep, burnt. Fortunately the pasta wasn't "overcooked" so we shared the pasta. Not much else to do as we are only in town to catch a flight out of SAC to go home.

Best part of ordering at this location was the friendly service. I was serviced by Harvey he was very friendly, professional and helpful. The food was fresh and hot I have no complaints! I appreciate you being kind to me and my children.

It's not the nicest location, but the quality is consistent as any other Pizza Hut I've been to. I grew up eating Super Supreme pizzas, so I'm glad they were able to make it! I never see Super Supreme on the menu or on online ordering. I usually only see Supreme. I think the difference between Super Supreme and Supreme is that Super Supreme has a few more toppings of ham, Italian sausage, and my fav black olives. The staff was great in suggesting one of their promo combos that gave a better bang for my buck. It didn't take too too long before the pizza was ready. It would probably be much easier to order ahead of time for pick up. The Supreme Supreme pizza tasted nice, fresh, and how I expected it to be.

I actually had really great service at this location.I ordered curbside and it was out on time,super fresh out of the oven,baked to crispy perfection and delivered by a super courteous employee.Keep it up guys.

I ordered a thin crust and my god it's so dry and paper thin and brittle. It's like eating a cardboard box.
Ordered online for delivery. Confirmation for delivery 5:05 pm. Called at 5:30 pm. Was told delivery driver forgot in warmer. Made a new pizza for delivery in 20-25 min. 40 minutes later, called to inform still not received. Driver pulled up while I was on phone. Apologies wasn't enough. Crappy pizza. Never again.

Undercooked awful pizza I would definitely find a different small mom-and-pop pizza place that use real ingredients versus this chain It's just not good pizza at all. With nowadays prices it's best to find a local mom and pop pizza place that uses real ingredients

I would like to update and say that they made everything fresh this time today I decided to call and just see if it could be remade since I hadn't ate the other one due to it being bad and I'd like to say it's been properly made because I can smell the freshness and then I can taste that it's not spoiled thanks for making it right.

At 2:53, I placed an online order for my 61 year old disabled relative. I received the text indicating the pizza would arrive in 25 - 35 minutes. At about 4:22, the pizza still had not arrived. I called the location and was told the order had been canceled because they had no driver. I asked why I had not been contacted, and the person replied they had called me. Needless to the say, there was no record of a phone call. The person stated they had a driver now if we stillwantedthe pizza. My relative still wanted the pizza, so I placed the order... again. I asked if there was a discount or something thrown in for the inconvenience....$10 off my next visit. An hour plus later the pizza arrived... luke warm. The order was $27.71...my disabled relative gave the driver 2, $20 bills=$40. He claimed all he had was a $10.... when I came to the door and he suddenly had change. Next visit....I think NOT!!!

Two younger guys helped me out tonight and were so nice, even though one of them was about to get off he still helped me. Food was super fresh, lots of toppings on the pizza. Use the app to get daily deals. Super affordable and delish! Get the stuffed crust, and cinnamon sticks!!
