I haven’t had Pizza Hut in YEARS and just so happens I found one . I called right before closing not knowing what I wanted. The woman taking my order was so patient and helpful. The food didn’t take long . Hot and fresh when it arrived. Delicious pizza excellent customer service! My new go to pizza spot!

Ordered the special that was supposed to come with 3 sauces. Didn't deliver. When I called the store to voice my concerns, a woman named Jasmine with an attitude problem said that i was supposed to get the sauces as part of the bundle but they were out so I was out of luck. When I asked why she didn't substitute she said I would have had to pay for sauce. Common sense and customer service is dead. I will not be ordering here ever again.

Besides both our pizzas not having cheese but a stuffed cheesy crust on both it was ok.. lmao , they had to redo both pizzas and I had to drive 20 minutes back to pick them up because we don't have a pizza hut close to my area, the second pair were didn't have the same amount of toppings but at least they had cheese this time

If I can rate this horrible place 0 stars I would!!!! I'll never return! I waited for over an 1hr. I tried to be very understanding and patient as I possibly can.. I use to work for the food industry (also as a manager) so I know what it like to be in chaotic situations. What made the experience more irritating and challenging was seeing the manager acting nonchalant and melancholy about the whole thing. Had this IDGAF attitude. Yes she was trying to fix things, but DID NOT stay communicative with staff or customers. It was sad to see a newbie in training in the midst of all this and he kept leaving his register, leaving customers confused on why there is Noone to help. The ONLY employee who was also cashier, acted/worked more like a manager that was there!!!! He was apologetic!!! He stayed communicating with his peers and was working diligently/thoroughly with them!!!! I couldn't believe how hard he was working with a manager like that.(I forgot his name) So rude to a point she acted like it was my fault! She rudely notified me that I would not be getting a refund. I wasn't looking for one. I just wanted my food to be remade that's all. I was practically waiting 2hrs at this point. I am a very understanding person, but not when it comes to lazy not caring managers. Hopefully owners will see our negative reviews on this godforsaken store, it's bad in there and they need help. They need to reevaluate. Good luck with that.

Instead of going out to eat on Valentine’s Day. We ordered the heart shaped pizza from Pizza Hut on florin rd. What a mistake. I didn’t check the pizza in store, but when I got home and open the box, it was not a heart shape. It was so dry and burnt. We didn’t even eat it. I don’t understand how they made this pizza and had the audacity to box it up and give it to me After I paid for it. Super disrespectful. Disgusting. Order #24425005

I order two large pizza cheese. They burned my pizzas. I would not recommend ordering pizza from there again. Because they should’ve saw the pizza before putting it in the box. Not so happy.

Ordered the ultima bundle for 24.99 plus 6 dollar delivery with tax should have been about 33 dollars was charged 3940 wowo. We ordered combo and and 3 item with sticks and wings they sent 3 item sticks and cheese pizza called they fixed the pizza but not the wings. 3rd driver finally brought wings .was over charged 6 bucks for some reason .Also the worst part was the call did not even go to the store it was to call center horrible job pizza hut won't ever order again from any storage the store was very nice about it though
