I have been ordering from this location ever since it was opened. But today 10/12/24 we had a really bad experience. I ordered online for a pickup and was unable to pick it up at the estimated time provided. I was like 20 minutes late. The customer service guy was rude asking on why are you so late for pickup. You don’t have to be rude with people on being late. On asking for ranch, he was like we can only give you 2 ranch per pizza. But im still giving you 3.
Please note whoever the customer service person is. I have had situations in past where I ordered online and when I came in for pickup, they were like, Oh! Where did you ordered? We don’t see your order and than would say we are sorry we didn’t checked the online orders. And I would wait outside for 30 minutes without being rude or throwing tantrums. Secondly there have been times when the pizza was overburnt but I never complained because I was like it’s okay. It happens.
But having the kind of situation we had today. I feel disappointed. They should work on their customer service skills. It is possible someone got stuck in unavoidable situation and can be little late.
Showing kindness towards your customers wouldn’t hurt you in any way but will help you gain more.

Delicious. Definitely go for a funky pizza as this place isn't focused on a normal cheese and pepperoni. I got the chicken Tikka masala personal. Definitely a decent size for one person. Very tasty flavor but I would add more sauce. The spicy chicken added just the right amount of heat. I also got medium spice, so there was a little heat. I'm very heat tolerant so this didn't phase me. Overall, definitely enjoy my pizza and I'm interested in the other fusion pizzas they have.
