What a nice place. We had the Lamb, carpaccio, baked brie (the habanero jelly was to die for), and asparagus soup. All were wonderful. Our waiter, Lenny, was top of the line. Down to earth, real and very attentive. I was sad, at first, that they didn't have bone marrow or foie Gras- but was very happy with everything we had!

I've been here a few times and it's always just meh. The food is good but the service leaves something to be desired. The crowd is often loud and annoying and once we had reservations but still weren't seated after an hour of waiting. We left and went to Mas Tacos in the same center where they took us even though the kitchen was about to close. Won't go back.

Our first foray into French cuisine in the Sacramento area was a hit. When you're impressed with the green beans, you know something good is happening. Mussels a la Nantaise, get tons of bread for the sauce. I enjoyed incredible beef short ribs in red wine sauce and the best beignets I've ever had. You can taste where the money goes, insane culinary experience.

Amazing neighborhood restaurant. Tucked away within the complex with minimal signage and you would pass it if you didn't know where and what it is. Awesome food and staff. Get there early as it fills up very quickly or make a reservation or you will likely not get a table. Actually, don't go so I can get a seat

Our group, PrimeTimers of Sacramento, has about 18 events a month. One is Fine Dining. WOW what a great evening the waitress spoke French and one of our members is learning French (his 3rd language). She and he had a great evening back and forth. Food was wonderful, tons of parking. Would go back for sure! One of the desserts was not good the apple tarte tatin. Apples over cooked and crust was gummy should have been flaky.

Plan B is favorite and repeat stop for us with or without friends and out of town guests. Cocktails, wine, food all are so lovely. It's can get a little loud and hard to converse at times. Love the outdoor space to ameliorate that.

We always love Plan B. The service is so friendly and the food outstanding. In addition to the standards on the menu, there are always 5 or 6 specials. Everything is good. Always easy to find something good at a reasonable price on the wine list. Everyone is having such a good time so that it is a little noisy, but what can you do?

My salmon dish was good and our banana fosters were delicious. My wife's duck was way too salty and not what was expected from a highly rated restaurant. The bread was cold and in small baguette slices. Would have expected warm French bread. Found the restaurant to be way too noisy from the bar area. Difficult to carry on a conversation. For the price and reputation we expected a lot more.

Very special mussel dishes and overall good quality is great, but the dark just a bit salty for me and I hope the duck can be choose from other entree side than just bean, personally don't like bean. Service is great and coming for valentine day, loving the vibe.

We dined at Plan B for our anniversary. Overall, it was very good: excellent service, the prices for the type of higher-end fare were reasonable, and the drinks and wine were very good. We were hoping that the Bananas Foster would be prepared tableside, so that was the only disappointment (it was a bit sweet and not very warm). Our server - Rodney - was attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Noise level was a little loud from the bar, but all-in-all, it was a good experience. We will be back!

Best restaurant in Sacramento in the very best sense- exceptionally scrumptious food, superior service, sophisticated comfortable room. Plan A is more like it for this clan's family and friends!

The food is awesome, well constructed, flavorful and interesting. Service is always great in this small establishment.

The best owner, staff, food, and community. People travel to the West Village or Soho in NYC for an experience we have locally. For Anna and the rest that don’t like it, please don’t come back.
