Service was slow. We stood at the host stand for 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged even after 3 workers including the bar tender had already seen us. Maybe they're low on servers but service including cocktails was also slow.
The patio was nice and they were very kind to accommodate our large party. The service was attentive, they messed up one order but were very willing to make it right. The food was tasty but not ‘wow' - a solid choice for Mexican food.
Waiter was amazing! So convenient to grab dinner here before the concert. Drinks were delicious
Thank you Justin for the good service.

food was decent but you have to pay for chips and salsa appetizer, bathroom was disgusting to the point of unusable, and the staff makes fun of you if you don’t know spanish

Maybe hire more waiters/waitresses so they can check on you We had to get up twice to say something to waiter because they didn't check on us and didn't pick up our used dishes
Ricardo was amazing! He made my 21st birthday so special with his kindness and great service. Thank you!

Food was okay, drinks were just not good, I ordered a Polanco in the Rocks and a Paloma and both were bad, after my 2 bad drinks I decided to order a Michelada which I did not finish for 2 reasons first the taste was bad second of all it comes with a big Serrano Chile on top ,Why??

The food is so amazing, freshly cooked. Always tastes and looks like high level. I can't get enough, that is why it became a habit to have a dinner every week. They are doing a great job, and you will never be disappointed with the food, service and atmosphere.

We visited this restaurant two days ago and it was dead inside and I understand why ! The service was terrible and the food was awful. 140$ for six total tacos and a nacho and two drinks! We still tipped 25$ which was nice of us cause service wasn’t worth 5$ literally will never come back here again such a waste of money! If in DoCo looking for food skip this place there’s yard house which was a better option! In my opinion

Good vibes, Good service i would come back 👍🏼
Food is pretty good love the nachos the service was a little slow but to be fair they were super busy and shorthanded which is why I put 5 stars because it honestly was not their fault but the servers are super nice and extremely polite definitely recommend but try to go when they are not so busy which I know is hard because they are right by the arena

I love Palanco Cantina! The ambiance, cocktails and carnitas plate are my favorite! Service was great as well. Our waiter was attentive and anticipated customers' needs which I appreciated.
We were going to an event at Golden 1 and reserved a table at Polanco two hours before the show so there was no rush. Starters were good, Shrimp tacos were excellent, Beet salad was good but really small for the price. Cocktails were good. Service was marginal. Food was delivered in a reasonable time, but I had to ask twice to get the Iced tea I ordered initially, I never did get sweetener. After eating we waited quite a while for the check, server was waiting on customers outside. I waited, had the rest of our party leave thinking he'd see them leaving. I tried unsuccessfully to flag him down and eventually asked another server to take my card so I could leave. Good location if you're going to Golden 1. We'll give them another try at next event.
