The food was good. The prices are a little high. It was hard to place our order and pay for it, which is not unusual here. I suspect they are understaffed.

Not a choice for a special outing. Our experience at Polanco was disappointing, especially since we chose it for a special occasion. Despite noting a dietary restriction in our reservation, there was no acknowledgment or effort to accommodate it, which was frustrating given that it influenced our decision to come here. We understand that menus change but it feels like a lot of cost cutting is lowering the quality of many menu items. Additionally, the service felt disorganized—staff seemed overwhelmed, and we were only checked on once when we put in the order. At the end of the meal, we had to take our check to the bar to pay. All of this did not seem at the servers fault - they were BUSY. Literally running in the restaurant to put in orders but what made it worse was as a result, there was ZERO acknowledgment of our special occasion, despite noting it in the reservation. While the staff was clearly busy, it felt like a management issue—better communication and attention to guest details would have made for a much smoother, more thoughtful experience. The food was far lower quality than previously, and this was an overall really disappointing experience for my husband's 35th bday.

Great experience, food was amazing , our server was awesome great customer service and great price , we ordered 3 meals, appetizer, 2 alcohol drinks and it was only 100 definitely recommend and coming back again

Only order a drink at the bar and the bartender we very rude and unattended. He talked and hung out with his coworkers more then the customer. The drink was more sour then alcohol. The place is beautiful just which the service matched?

The food here was so goood! I was baffled when our food was brought up because it’s massive. The place itself is very spacious and pretty inside. We were sat at a big table which we loved. Our server had amazing energy and he matched the vibe. Definitely would eat here again when I visit sac. We ended up taking a lot of leftovers to go because of how much we couldn’t finish. 10/10 amazing place to eat.

Food and drinks was delicious only issue was our server wasn’t attentive at all and we had to flag down the busser to find our server for to him take our order and for refills.
Good chips, habanero salsa, refried beans and guacamole. The fish taco wasn't fresh fish (smelled fishy) and it was a giant piece like British fish & chips style rather than Mexican style. The cherry tomatoes should not be on there. Margarita was okay but tasted cheap for the price tag. I'd come back if I wanted chips for dinner again (sometimes I do). Service was super friendly and bilingual. Ambience of the restaurant is corporate happy hour. The most ironic thing to me is how out of place this restaurant would be in actual Polanco.

This place was very busy at 1:30pm (unlike the place we left downstairs earlier). Inside was crowded and noisy so we opted for outdoor seating which was very nice. Food was good, service was good, no complaints. Thank you.
