Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Sadly, the quality has dropped immensely. Went in shortly after the place opened and was waiting over 20 minutes for my meal. Had to concede and get it to go. So much for fast food.

I went this drive thru. My husband was driving and he ordered. The lady who was on radio taking orders wasn't responding and after 2mins she yelled on us. Then I was sitting back of driver's seat i tried to order . She still can't understand. Coz her Mike was on echo. Right after that a boy employee jumped in ad so rude that he said we don't take orders from passenger seat. This is the first time I heard. BTW my husband tried to order she can't understand and I ordered she can't understand. It seems like either they are not trained very well or they just making money by not working. The time was around 1.15pm on July 31st. The employees forgot or don't care without customers they are nothing. Seems like people are just uncivilized here.

I came to this Popeyes on my lunch break 7/22 because I was craving Popeyes bad. I had a coupon for a 2 piece combo with one side and a drink. I take my order then go back to work to eat in the car as I do most days.

I start eating the wing, it is SO good satiating my craving for sure. I start eating the thigh and I feel something between my teeth. So, I stop eating the chicken and there is a freaking long hair coming out of the chicken that had been fried under the skin and was still attached under more skin so I’m assuming it was wrapped around or something. I immediately wanted to throw up. I was SO pissed and disgusted.

I tried to submit a complaint on the website but I was unable to because the website required a receipt. I obviously threw my receipt away because why would I think I would need it?

Anyway, I’m never returning to this Popeyes ever again in my life it was a health hazard and they need to be inspected by the health department. Absolutely disgusting.

And I’m STILL craving my Popeyes.

Can't get an order right but bet they want to make sure you get your sauce on the way out. Trash. And i would have left a voice mail or talked to someone about it but vm is full. Is shows consistency at least. Trash.

I am very disappointed at this location. I purchased 16 pieces of chicken for the price of $44.00. I asked for dipping sauce and I was told that they could only give me two sauces. If I need more than that they have to charge me. I am feeding more than two people and they only give me two dipping sauces. I would never go back ever again. This Popeye owner is soooo cheap.

Prices have gone crazy at all dining establishments but the pain is lessened with a few promotions. Sadly, there was only one on this visit. I walked out and went to cains across the street. They need to compete better.

Pooeyes is THE place for the very best-tastin' crunchy ass fried chicken sandwich that you have never had... until you do. Popeyes on Watt & El Camino gots the best sevice & the hottest Popeyes shortys to make the rest of your day. Go...Enjoy!!

Great evening. Please change the number listed on Google for this restaurant to the correct phone number. Employees stating the never recieved a call (though I called multiple times and even left a voice mail).

They messed up with my order. Please get rid of your rude employees.
