Ordered delivery of their Ghost pepper bacon cheese chicken sandwich. Delivery was on time, but the sandwich didn't have bacon or cheese on it. It was a regular chicken sandwich with some spicy sauce.

Usually love Popeyes unfortunately this time was not a good dining experience at all went inside to order originally where a fight broke out we were asked to go thru the drive thru to pick up our order and we'll the worker tried really hard was too much goin on not enough help chaos took a long time to get our food which then was beyond cooked I know this place can do better it's been better in the past

When I tell you this place has the worst service in the world you can say that it’s an understatement.

1.) the people taking your order are the rudest in the world.

2.) they NEVER have chicken available. You always have to wait 15-20 for them to make it.

3.) it’s never clean on the inside.

4.) they state that you can only order shrimp online and cannot order in the restaurant which makes absolutely no sense.

I will never eat here again or at any other Popeyes for that matter!!!!!!

I highly recommend this Popeyes location, the stuff is very friendly every time, food is hot and fresh and service is quick, if you have not tried the Spicy Chicken Sandwich yet I highly suggest that you do it is delicious.

I didn't get to order. The archive was absolutely atrocious. If i had someone managing my business, such as the woman who was absolutely rude to me, I would have fired her months ago. This is the 3rd time I have run into horrible service at this location. It was my last time ever coming here. You need to do netter.

Ay yo it's boi King Juju, we'll idgaf what other ppl think, i like this popeyes, and that's where my friends go there with me like family, see idc if the place is trashed or the people who are working making arguments or fighting in the back, idc, it's fun to watch because that's what makes memories. Even the black cashier I'm cool with him andre I think? But I'm chill, I go whenever I have money. Sometimes it's me n my boi psalm or friend group. It's what makes me happy. I will never forget the time me n my friends got kicked out by the manager, she could be serious but idc. My money is green, just like the rest of other ppl. I will never forget the time I was ordering on the driv thru, I was ordering, I kept saying "Yes king" and me n the worker passed the vibe check, when I got my food, he told me I made his day, I was like wow. Idc abt what ppl say, I love chicken from popeyes. I love it. Idc. 5 out of 5 stars, recommend because it's all abt memories, eating with friends u love, and seeing wtf is going in the kitchen makes us laugh. I've been going since 2023. Go after school. Don't like the prices but it's whatever, popeyes is better than kfc, ok, yall get it, yes king???? Now who made that mess

Went thru the drive thru last night and ordered a 16 piece family meal and on the menu it said it was $40 and some change and then a large 3 piece chicken tenders combo and the total came out to $90.90 and when i asked why it was so much i was told the 16 piece meal was $61 and I told them that's not what it said on the menu they had no answer for me what a rip off

This was the BEST POPEYES I've been to in sac! That fn chicken was hot, crispity, YES I spelled that. I NEVER bite into chicken, but i picked thst breast up and bit it, and omg! Its the only Popeyes I'm going to eat at and I live in the South of Sac😃😄😀🤔 fyi it wad a Saturday opening crew, if that matters.
