If you want employees eating off of your plate, touching your food after having their hands down their pants, touching their hair, and no gloves/handwashing (not a single employee had gloves or washed hands while handling food. Even after sweeping then going to food prep) this is the place to go! All seen through the drive-through window. Went inside and informed management. Management doesn't care as when brought to their attention I was told "I GUESS I'll speak with them you're right they shouldn't be doing that. Oh and it's not policy to wear gloves for all tasks, just some of the time".I used to have this rated 4 stars until this last visit. Horribly disappointing

Terrible service, but that's not all. There is an EBT accepted sign hanging on the windows - so I asked at the register to pay through EBT. That was inside, and employee took out another terminal for payment. After several attempts, the payment did not go through and he said that this happens. 5 days after that my EBT benefits were stolen from my card. I'm sure this place - is where it got skimmed and maybe the employee knew that! That's horrible, I already called the police and DHS, I will wait for investigations about that in that place!
I know that things are going up everywhere, but the prices here have gotten kind of ridiculous. Feeding three people now is over $50 and if you have a big eater could easily cost $60. I do love their chicken but not that much.
