So much for customer service. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and when I pulled it out to check it it was mostly soggy. I took it in they offered to make a new one But they are all made the same from what they said.I mentioned it wasn’t like the picture and they said the food never looks like the picture!

I enjoy the party wings with a light toss in that sweet sauce. I don't get them mush, but they have a nice flavoring.
The manager Julia is such a sweetheart! She offered me some coupons also! the place is very nice and neat and the bathrooms are always stocked and clean! Food is hot and crispy all the time
Had a coupon for 2 piece chicken combo. Took me less than 2 mins to order when I got to the window the cashier was extremely nice, food was hot n fresh. Saw 3 boys working tonight. Great service. Not sure if management changed or what but these boys deserve all the kudos.

I used the app again for dinner pickup and for some reason the staff didn't see the order. After waiting about 10 minutes I went to the counter and first they couldn't find it but looked again and it was there. The server quickly put the order together and I was on my way. The tastes are solid so hopefully the service is better next time.
