Avoid this establishment. Placed an app order and it changed the location of the restaurant. I immediately realized that it was the wrong location and notified the location to let them know. They indicated that all I needed to do was send a message in the app and the order would be cancelled. Well that would make sense since I placed the same order at the right location. Long story short an individual named “Jessica B” decided to send a response basically saying too bad. Now because I notified the restaurant we all know that the food was 1) not prepared and 2) it was wings and sides so even if the had a chance to prepare the order which they didn’t given the time I notified them. Worse case they definitely sold those wings to the next person in line ordering. Jessica B needs some serious customer service training.

I'm disappointed and became ill from the order at this location. They should consider their customer's health, not their sales. Until now, I have a headache and can't sleep the whole night feeling of throwing up. We ordered chicken as they were promoting the freshness, but oh men, the quality of the chicken is disgusting like it was cooked for more than a week and just reheated.

Furthermore, their customer service seems they're not taking the complaints seriously.

The menu says a large meal includes a biscuit, but I’m never given a biscuit when I order one. I took a photo today to show the person taking my order through the drive through and was told the menu is wrong and a biscuit is not included.

Update the menu or provide the correct items.

I just purchased just a family meal here about 5:30 5:40 p.m. today's the 25th of April I called I had a bad hair and my food my kids told me there's a hair and showed me there's a disgusting hair in the food the customer service I called them very rude a female was very rude as if I'm lying about a disgusting hair next time I'll take a picture and post it on their website management was very rude didn't want to speak to me as he finally got on the phone and he hung up on me and did not want to answer the phone management is terrible the workers are terrible they're hiring uneducated children I have no business with customer service and management with little to no education are intelligence to deal with a real issue I like to speak to Corp about their behavior and they're disgusting food with hair and their food I recommend do not eat at this place until they clean up their kitchen it was a short curly hair in the food so disgusting

I love their blackened chicken but it always takes over 10 min to get it. I don’t like the automated drive thru AI experience. I also don’t like that the pies are listed 2 for $1.99 on the website but when you go to pay it tries to charge you double. Sketchy!!!
