Right outside the side door of Popeyes in the interest to drive through there were two homeless people open late doing drugs. Every time I go there seems to be a hangout of homelessness. Just beware if you park and go in and when you go through the drive-thru

This location is incapable of correctly filling an order. The food is almost always good to great but the staff simply do not care about getting your order correct. I have been to this location probably 20 times and have not been handed everything I ordered more than twice. I have to sit there in the drivethrough opening every item to find what they did wrong or didn't give me and then wait for them to remake it because they simply can't be bothered to check the order.

Lady was very rude, rushed us and only gave us two sauces. She definitely needs to be checked on.. AND. A huge long hair in my burger :(

Food is always good, but the service was not what I expected. We used the drive thru, and my family and I were not really sure what we wanted, so the associate seemed to be rude and short. Once we received our food, 1 item was wrong. Due to the service we received, I didn't correct it cause we didn't get our receipt. First and only time my family and I will come back to this location.

This establishment does not answer the phone. I've tried to tell them a few times that they do not have the red beans and rice option on Doordash as a side but they don't pick up the phone.

Me and my friend went through and ordered the #1 combo and 3 piece chicken tender combo. We had stated multiple times (were asked multiple also) that they were both combos and when we went up to the window the lady there retook our order and we said we wanted a combo for both. She asked what we wanted for the sides and my friend said “dr pepper and fries for BOTH” we only got a sandwich and when we came to the window admitted the mistakes but wouldn’t let us just pay the difference and made it so we’d have to pay another $8 just the get a medium side and drink. Not even willing to let us pay the difference I’d crazy considering it was Popeyes fault. OMG SHE DIDNT EVEN GIVE US THE RECEIPT. She was an older lady with black her put in a bun.

Went through the drive through and ordered the bacon and BBQ meal and received the original crispy. When I tried to call no body would answer the phone. So not happy about being over charged on already rising prices

They are advertising a $6.99 Big Box but you can’t order it. Not online. Not in store. Nothing. I’ve cancelled others for less. Your chicken is not that good. Period. In today’s day and age when affordable food is scarce this is below the belt IMO

We tried to order on the Mat, but then the store closed when we put the order through. They should at least let you be able to finish your order if you've already started one regardless of the star closes
