Good food, but the service is horrible it's more of a rushed service, the atmosphere here isn't all too good the workers don't seem to have experience in customer service and come off a bit rude. They skimp on the sauces which makes no sense specifically if I'm spending 50$+ and at times the chicken is outright too dry and old-tasting, ps I only eat when refino is cooking cause he knows what he's doing you can tell he loves his job but the other cooks for the afternoon and night always give me old chicken or side ik because I've worked in this establishment years ago.

I really like food from Popeyes - when I actually receive it. I have yet to order from this location and have a decent experience whether it's in store, pickup, or delivery via apps. Never had an order take less than 30 mins to make. Just ordered two Classic Chicken sandwiches via Uber Eats and an hour later, no food. This place is less than a quarter mile from me. Poor delivery guy waited over 35 mins for nothing. He did a great job keeping me posted. Apparently they claimed they didn't receive the order (not the first time they've said this), then they had no chicken sandwiches, doors were locked. They don't answer the phone. It wasn't even 9pm. I had to cancel the order. Seven years I've been wanting to be a regular customer at this place since it's so close but every experience is so frustratingly bad it's just not worth it.

There is nothing worth praising at this specific location. I'm frankly surprised they're still in business with how they run the place. Nobody seems to know how to do their job basically let alone proficiently. Socializing seems to be more important than working, for them. Don't waste your time here, at least go to the location on Watt if you need Popeyes. I won't even consider this place as an option going forward, no more periodic attempts to see if things have changed. The answer is no. At least Kiki's is close by too.

I've come here twice in thr last 2 weeks and the first time was just for thr biscuits. This time it was for a deal for 2 and the food was ready upon arriving after ordering over the app, but after checking the contents they didn't put in any of the 7 sauces I ordered. Then getting home we realized we had received NOT fresh chicken. By not fresh I bet my life this shit was sitting under the warmer for a minimum of 4 hours. It's was so tough it barely separated from pulling it apart. You know I don't expect perfect food everytime, but decent food would have made me feel like a 3rd visit would be good. Not this time though! Your biscuits are good but I pretty much just wasted 30 mins driving over there to get pretty shit food. The 2 stars are for the biscuits only.
