So I ordered from here for lunch, the Hispanic manager is verryyyyyy rude and unprofessional. Attitude aggressive. She doesn’t deserve her position and should watch how she deals with kind paying customers. All I asked for was bbq sauce why charge me 75 cent for something that should be free with your meal or at least 25

The food and service are exceptional. The atmosphere is in direct correlation to the surroundings. My orders were to-go.I had one regular fish sandwich and one spicy fish sandwich. Both were top notch.I also had the shrimp, fries, and biscuit. Again, top notch.Thank you Popeyes. ?

This is one of the locations in Sacramento. They opened about a year ago because the customer service is always been done and the food is consistent.

Me and my man got food poison last night from this restaurant. It was from $5 dollars chicken sandwich. It could been the sauce went bad or undercooked chicken. Sad not sure if I trust them again.

The quality of the fried chicken is inconsistent from one visit to the next. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's dry or oversalted, or the coating is too flaky.

Terrible customer service, mid chicken. Pretty much on brand but they don't even season the chicken like the hood spots so it's just disappointing all around.

I was a little taken back with how expensive this place is. And when I ordered the wings meal. I guess I just assumed. They came with two sides with the price that it cost. It only came with one small side, which was the only good part.K f c doesn't have anything on how expensive popeye's is.

The buy one get one for a dollar sweet and spicy wings are absolutely delicious as is their regular fried chicken and spicy fried chicken. Red beans and rice and biscuits are so good, too. The regular prices are pretty high, but ordering on the app to get deals is a way around that. Love that Chicken!!

This has been the nicest location I've ever entered! Due to it being new to the area, at least a year or so old, would explain why it's still so appealing and clean. Why can't all locations look this great? Lol. My husband and I specifically came to Popeyes to take advantage of his bonus points in his app he had recently just earned. Well... get this. The restaurant does not have the scanners installed to scan the app allowing customers to use their points. NONE in the Sacramento area do. Awesome job, Popeyes. Sure hope you get it together because you're going to lose a lot of business if you don't get those scanners installed ASAP. Since we were already here my husband ordered his usual meal, chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp. Food is always stellar, crisp and juicy tenders along with flavorful and crispy shrimp as well. Can't forget their Cajun fries too! Those are a must. I highly recommend to everyone not privy to Popeyes is to download the app and order from there!!! You will save a tremendous amount rather than paying the price in the actual restaurant. I kid you not, prices for a lot of stuff are nearly doubled.
