1 1/2 hrs of waiting for Cold food and the wrong order!!!! Really!!!??? All the sides are nothing to mention. The meat was cold so can’t say anything good about this place. I wanted ribs and 1.5 hrs later they came and told me it would be another 20min! If you have hours of Nothing to do, maybe you want to try them out. Or NOT! Don’t waste your time or money! I asked for the owner and told him the food was cold, he said nothing! My friend had tried it for 3 days in a role since they opened and guess what, same cold food, mediocre sides. She said it was worse every day!

This is the best barbecue I've ever had. They started as a food truck and we originally tried them out a brewery that we were visiting. Everything was great, but I love the brisket, the pastrami, and the turkey. My wife loves the giant beef ribs. After that we began seeking them out and following them all over the Sacramento area. We live in Lodi, but the drive is always worth it.

Texas style bbq but it is in Sacramento! Just plain good old white oak and time to melt these goodies in your mouth!

I’ve been searching California for amazing BBQ since I left Texas. This place nails it. Their brisket is as good as the best places I’ve been to in Texas - and I didn’t have to wait in a 3hr line to get it. High quality meats, the same style of sloooooow smoking that they do at Franklin’s in Austin, and the owner is super friendly. If you love BBQ, you just found your new favorite spot.

Excellent BBQ. Brisket was flavorful, extremely tender with just the right amount of fat. Pork ribs were fall off the bone tender. Highly recommended.

Best BBQ I've ate in a long long time! I drove all the way from SF to buy there Tri-tip no BS! I had 1st tried it at the Truck Foodie thing in Berkeley like a year ago.
