Nice local donut place in Elk Grove. Tried the cinnamon roll and a few other donuts. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Still haven't found an establishment that sells a glazed and frosted donut. It's one or the other but never both. Why can't we get both!?! The apple fritter looked good, I'll have to try that one next time.

Premium donuts is soooo good! If you have a chance to try their seasonal apple donuts... DO IT!! I used their donut wall for my daughter's first birthday and everyone loved the donuts. They were even able to customize them with the bee theme of the bday. They have a small and large donut wall that you can use for your events. The owners are really sweet and helpful and we'll continue to go there since the kids love the donuts. They need to open a shop in Elk Grove, so I can ride my bike there and work off the calories. LOL! Thanks Premium donuts for making tasty donuts that everyone loves!

Our Company, Calavo Growers, placed a last minute order for 33 dozen donuts. We were very pleased with quality, promptness, and customer service. Donuts were all fresh and exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for your assistance and we will definitely be ordering again.

I paid $25.xx for ONE dozen donuts. I am a little confused by that price because the donuts are not fancy. It's pretty basic donuts. Mind you the donuts they sell here are the same kind as Safeway and I know Safeway sells their donuts for only $7.99 per dozen. The donuts tasted like donuts lol nothing unique and it wasn't as fluffy as I'm used to. I got here around 9:30am and the donuts selection were low. Owner was nice though :)

Omg the lady at the counter is the sweetest!! Everyone is "Babydoll" The Doughnuts are always amazing. I've never had a poor experience here..unlike a nearby doughnut shop, I've always been treated like a valued customer.

Decided to check this place out because I was in the area and the good reviews on Yelp. Wanted to try a donut and ended up with a bacon and egg croissant as well. Did not disappoint!

A small donut shop nestled in a dense suburban area in Sac. First time visiting, and I like the type of donut that's here in that the donuts have a bready-edge to them. The donuts have a slight chewy give to them but they're still soft; think of it as donuts that have qualities of a good dinner roll. Get the chocolate cream-filled donut! The cream is really light and pairs well with the chocolate. The bear claw donut has the same good donut base, but the apple pie filling is a little too gooey (reminds me of pie filling from a can). There are also danishes here (not sure if they're available regularly). The danish bread base on both of the ones that I got is a little dry, but the fillings make them still worth getting. Rich, but not-too-sweet, cherry filling on one and boldly-flavored almond paste filling on the other. Pretty good donut shop. Since it's a small place the donut selection isn't grand, but it's still well worth a visit if you're in the area and are craving for some sweet treats!

I consider this shop one of the best in Sacramento. I ordered a dozen and a bonus maple bacon bar. Everything was delicious. Fluffy and not too sweet. Not greasy, no aftertaste. Simply amazing donuts with a delightful staff. Will be back soon!

TL;DR: We love going to our neighborhood donut shop. I'm not a huge fan of overly sweet treats, so donuts aren't usually something I crave, but I do love the chocolate bars here. They are huge! I like that their donuts are soft and pillowy and have a nice fluffy dough. I also prefer when donuts don't have a thick layer of glaze or chocolate topping. The ratio of the chocolate bar works for me and one bar is plenty for one sitting! LOCATION/PARKING: They are located in a small shopping center by Taco Bell, next to Zecky's Fish Tacos. The center doesn't really get a lot of traffic, so parking is easy on any given day. ATMOSPHERE: Its a pretty standard small donut shop. Simple and clean. Love seeing the big display full of donuts first thing in the morning. No seating, just the display and the register. SERVICE: The staff is friendly. I've even had some nice conversation with a lady that works there. Overall, the service is quick and pleasant. FOOD: The chocolate bar is my go-to, since I usually prefer less sweet or more simple/classic donut varieties. My BF has tried plenty of options from the cake and old fashioned donuts to the apple fritters. The size of the donuts are larger compared to other shops, so the value is great! I really want to try their Creme Brûlée donut after seeing it on their Instagram page, but I haven't seen it at the shop during the times I've been so far. Their breakfast sandwiches look really good too but I heard they sell out fast and are only offered after 8am on weekends. PRICE: Assorted Dozens are $17 and Half Dozens are $8.50 ($1.50 extra for "fancy"). Individual donuts range from $1.35 for cakes and raised to $2.50 for the apple fritters and cinnamon rolls. Croissants are $2.50 for plain and $4.50 for Ham & Cheese. They also have a variety of hot and cold beverages. A small coffee is $1.95 and large is $2.45.
