Came here for Emo Night. At first (8p) there was maybe 25 people. At about 1030, there was probably 100. It was a blast! I've been to other emo nights and this one was fun even tho there wasn't a live band this time. Drinks weren't as bad as other reviews say. Customer service was cool. There were 2 really clean single person bathrooms. There's a liquor store maybe 200 ft if u need anything. There were lasers, fog, and passionate people. Music was loud. My heart rate was high. But even more, my emo thirst was quenched.

Sunday Church is the most fun I've had dancing in years. Heavy pours, great music, a crowd that spans decades and is so fun and welcoming. I'm def coming back and bringing friends!

Decided to check out the Press Club. If you're college student, then this place is for you. Ambiance is ok, drinks are crap, sticky bar, sticky tables and sticky floors, perfect combination for $5 cover charge after 9pm. Will never go again.

People don't come here. Even on emo night, which they claimed was sold out, there are a couple dozen people here at best. Maybe lower the cover back to $5? Anything to actually get people in here. It's empty and sad.

Depressed Club; this place attracts losers from south sac and natomas...

Girls who live in midtown looove this place.. it’s got dancing, a low light dingy vibe and cheap drinks.. as the guy, everything is cash only so make sure to bring it or else you have to use this old ATM machine that charges you an arm and a leg.

Super cool Cheap drinks definitely recommend

Spent a lot of my growing pains at this place. Great memories and a lot of Rite of Passage years. Learned what I didn't want my future to be & what I did want my future to be.
Colorful atmosphere. Friendly understanding attentive and responsive staff. Dj larry does sunday night so smooth. I like going there but I wish people would dance more. Colorful neon paints on the walls. Consistently drawing in live perfomances by bands on they hustle and DJ's making their own artistic journies out of each night of the week. I'd like to attend the tuesday night school. I want to go more. If you see this, make an ambition to try it for the first time.

The Dj sucked. I requested some music but he said "no we don't play rap musiC." Wtf and the dUde was literally falling asleep.
