Great pre-concert hang out. Staff is super busy but friendly. Good pub fare. Would be a great venue for holiday party.

I was one of a party of 2 and went to Punch Bowl as a pre-concert dinner. We had reservations and were seated quickly. 90 minutes after we ordered, we asked if our food was going to come soon as we had already missed part of the first act. The waitress asked us what we wanted and we told her we already ordered over 90 minutes ago! She acted shocked and mumbled something about the kitchen being backed up...but the restaurant had cleared by that time, so I assume someone dropped the ball at some point. So, about 10 minutes later, my dining companion's food came out. Mine never arrived. The server apologized and said she wouldn't charge us for the entrees. I said I wasn't about to pay for something I never received anyway and asked for the manager. The waitress said that the manager was busy "putting out fires" and I said we have one here. The manager never came. We paid our bar and appetizer tab and left, vowing to never go back.

Not happy with the service. Made reservations one week before. Explained it was for 3 birthdays and asked we get 3 birthday cake/dessert as part of the large group dinner. Spoke to the staff 2hrs before our reservation and she assured me they would have the 3 special desserts ready upon our dinner ending. Once we finished. Nothing! The manager came over and said out loud “what is this arrangement you say you have?” In front of our guests and 3 birthday family members. I can't believe how this kind of service was happening. And they had to remove the charges out when we saw they had charged us for one cake! Smh. We left unhappy. Never will return. Do not recommend for birthdays, they will ruin it.

We liked the Monday special of Happy Hour all day on Mondays. And, I appreciated the 50% off of activities on Mondays. All-in-all, Mondays are wallet friendly if you are on a budget.

Five specific issues about a visit here and one compliment. The French fries were really good. All else sucked.
A) Service was poor at the bowling alley. Balls got stuck, pins got stuck at least four times during two hours. And with the complete lack of presence of anyone there, it took several tens of minutes to get anyone's attention and help.
B) the bowling shoes and surface were oily/slippery.
C) when I walked in the service member at the entrance said parking would be validated only when patrons left. While leaving, a different Lady said that the validation machine was not working and that I should mention that to the person at the parking garage and they'd understand. Spoiler: there was no human at the garage and I'm dinged sixteen bucks for parking. Thanks!!!
D) in spite of a full slate of college football games, the TVs were playing a channel showing old games. No one near the bowling alley could change the channel till like five PM.
E) the overall vibe was very unwelcoming. Apart from one waiter at the bar, the general vibe was that I was unwelcome. No one offered water or clean up of past messes. For the price they charge and the prime real estate, this is a disappointing experience.

It's a nice place and usually not too crowded, but I'm dropping stars for the dart boards. Love that this place has dart, but jeez the auto scoring system is sooo inaccurate. We were in lane 2 and we had close to 50% misreads, it was so off.

We reserved a spot on a concert night, so was very understanding that they would be busy. We placed our order pretty quickly, but we're not attended to or brought our ordered beverages for 40 minutes. Our server would walk by the table, look at the empty table, and continue to pass by. When finally asked if we needed anything by a random employee, we never saw that individual again once requesting information on where our drinks or food might be. Finally, when we were ready to leave, we had to flag down the manager in order to get our checks.
Very cool spot but you cant order at the bar and need to wait for your server Which took forever.

I wanted to give a shot out to Ana and Isabel. After trying to make reservation for two weeks. Either It was bad timing, I felt unheard or no one was available to assist me in the most challenging time in my life trying to make away out of no way. I finally ran into there ladies after having to physically coming in and being told no. After eating and checking out. I asked Ana and Isabel if they could help me. The process was easy and effortless. I'm grateful for theses two bubblyness personality allowing me breath with providing the space for me to move forward for my son gathering.

Wonderful customer service and people who work there. Very helpful and friendly. I had a punch bowl social card from years ago that had money in it, but since they changed their card system to tap, I couldn’t use it, so they gave me two gift cards instead. Would recommend this place for a group of friends.

The food was absolutely TRASH. It's basic American food you warm up. The burgers looked ok. The nachos was absolutely weird and not good for 15 bucks!! Some strange sour cream on top, huge onions, barely any cheese. And meat for an additional 5. I shouldn't pay $20 for basic trash nachos. Wings were basco wings you get frozen and put in your oven. Drinks were over priced. The garlic fries had no darn garlic or salt!!! Wth?? Kids meals was basic tenders , the place is cool , but man they won't last. Also understaffed!!

Drinks were spot on! Service was speedy Kai was the best bartender ever watermelon slushie margarita was down, but she offered the best solution a hand made watermelon margarita on the rocks. We ordered chips, salsa. & guac it came out super fast! Punch bowl is the best destination for a drink & quick bite! Ask for Kai at the lower level!
