I would like to give 5 stars to the hostess Rosa who has answered all my questions over numerous phone calls to set up a large group reservation for tomorrow night following a high school graduation event at Golden One. Rosa was courteous, resourceful and accommodating. She was able to combined several reservations made by multiple different families so we may all sit together. We are looking forward to enjoying a celebratory night at Punchbowl Social. I also appreciated the plethora of information provided by Amanda in events coordination. I am looking forward to a fun night and hope to plan future family/friend gatherings at Punchbowl Social as the staff make the planning process easy!

Bartenders were extremely rude, just poor service. Don't waste your money or time here.

This place is a joke. They totally ruined Mother’s Day by overselling and under delivering on what could have been a great Mother’s Day event in their space. The lack of respect after the fact was equally insulting.

Punch Bowl marketed their “Mother’s Day Brunch” to me over the phone as this beautiful jazz event and brunch for Mother’s Day when I called in the weekend before to schedule my reservation. We arrived to find everything I was told was a lie! The space looked the same way as it does any other day of the week. The “Mother’s Day” menu was just a selection of items that could already be found on their regular menu. It’s important to note that the majority of the items on the menu weren’t even brunch items. Total scam. The 2 musicians they booked weren’t great at all, but they tried their best? In between sets, loud random music was played over the restaurant speakers. The only redeeming part of the terrible experience was how amazing our server was.

As for the overall experience, it was just awful. There’s no other way to put it. What’s more, I called in the next day to complain to Brian (New General Manager) about how disappointed we were with the event. He acted like he understood where we were coming from and apologized for the event. He stated he was the new GM, and that the planning, marketing, and rollout of the event all happened prior to him taking over at that location. He promised to email me and have us back to Punch Bowl to make up for the terrible time we had. That email was never sent. Brian, if you are reading this message, don’t bother. I swear to you we will never be back. You had an opportunity to try and turn this problem around and you dropped the ball. It’s my hope that you all do better in the future.

This place is disgusting, not sanitary and just a mess. We got there waited 10 minutes for a person to talk to us to get us a bowling lane, then had to wait for them to clean the dirty lane with food trays and empty drink cups, then when they were cleaning they spilled the food on the ground and never came to pick it up. There’s food and napkins all in the corners of the alley and then the bowling pins didn’t align correctly, some missing, and some never even came back after a few rounds. The staff is very unhappy i would never recommend this place

Me and hubby went a few times to wait for concerts/Bach party. Took our daughter for the first time for her bday, and she loved it. Will definitely make it a family game night here from time to time.

Here for work from Michigan. I stopped in since it was close to the hotel. I had a great time. The bartender with the bunny ear beanie was awesome and so friendly even tho they were slammed right before closing. Thank you! Loved the hat and the pins.

very unpleasant experience, came in on a sunday night around 9pm, was barely any people inside but waited over 30 minutes just to get my drink order taken. as couples and a man came after me and was taken care of??? like hello? felt ignored, and uncomfortable. people came and got drinks time and time again, I even let them know I was waiting to order and still, no SERVICE! if I can give 0 stars I WOULD

Reserved a table before kings game(530), big party (10) . Was sat immediately which was nice (520) 25 minutes went by and no server , we asked the hostess what was going on and she literally told us. It wasn't her problem, found a staff member he was more then glad to help us. Food was decent. 6/10 . Wouldn't. Go back

Punch Bowl Social is definitely worth a visit! We went with a big group for a company team building party and had a good time. The private event was held in the back arcade portion of the upstairs venue— and it was great. Every person who attended was able to play unlimited games with cards they provided. Games included pinball, skee ball, darts, air hockey, basketball hoop shooting game, bowling, a punching bag thing, a gun shooting game, and a few others. The appetizer spread was pretty good. Food was set up thoughtfully and presented nicely. The service was as attentive as possible, considering it was packed in there because there was a concert at GoldenOne. I do enjoy the overall vibe at PunchBowl— great views of the action, fun atmosphere and more than just sitting in a regular bar. Would I go back regularly? Probably not. But, if you’re looking for something fun to do or somewhere cool to hang out before an event at GoldenOne, this is a good spot!

Huge disappointment. They advertised a Trivia Night in 3/25, put out tickets on Eventbrite and had flyers all over the restaurant claiming it was going to happen on Tuesday between 6-8 pm. So sat there buying drinks and food, asking clueless wait staff when it was going to start and got the same dazed looks and nonsensical answers, some claiming they don't know, others saying they think it will be at some unknown later time. After 8 I finally figured out id been duped into spending money on something that wasn't going to happen. I have to hand it to them, they put a lot of effort into the bait and switch and I applaud that level of deceit and or incompetence.

I hope this reaches the right people; I am particularly grateful for Rosa for managing to seat us down during busy hours during Kelsea concert. She came forward to us with great confidence and gave out a comfortable energy when we walked in for the first time in this restaurant. The drinks were great and would definitely come back again.
