The service was very rude when we made a mistake with ordering and tried to correct it ASAP (within 5minutes of the server leaving our table) and the busser practically slammed our plates down at our table, and did not respond when we thanked her for our food. They also were not discreet about discussing their frustrations with us.

Punch Bowl Social was a good time! My only complaint is the 8 person punch bowl was super small - more like a 3-4 person punch bowl so keep that in mind. Other than that, the vibe is industrial and laid-back. I grabbed a beyond burger with fries - both were spot on. The place is lively but not too packed, perfect for a casual outing. Games like checkers are a bonus for some laid-back fun. Worth a visit for a relaxed evening with friends.

It was pretty clean, but I wouldn't recommend it for kids. When I was here, there were some people who were singing a karaoke song with profanity. The food was a bit expensive too. ?Features: Some people had masks but most didn't and there was spit flying when people were talking.

Don't come here before a Golden1 event. It's extremely busy and they seemed to be severely understaffed. We had a 5:45 reservation and needed to be out by 7pm for the show. We were seated right away but our food order wasn't taken until about 6:10pm. We got our food at 6:50 and it was cold and the chicken sandwich was way overcooked (like someone forgot about it and left it in the fryer too long). I don't blame our waitress. She was doing the best she could. I think they booked way too many reservations and couldn't handle all those people with what seemed liked short staffing.

Our party of 8 sat at our table for 45 minutes before a server came to take our orders. I had gone to find a server twice, and had been promised that our server would come shortly. As I was the host for our group and had made the reservations, I was embarrassed. I finally walked up to an employee and asked if they could come and take care of our table. I don't think they were very happy about it, but they took our order. After we ordered it took another 50 minutes before our food came. It made us late for the show that we were attending at Golden One. Some of our party only had a bite or two before we had to leave. Disappointing. It is a fun ambiance, but very very loud so it is difficult to converse. The location is perfect for attending shows, but be prepared to have to fight for attention.

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience. We booked our reservation weeks prior so we could grab dinner and a drink before seeing a show at Golden 1. We weren't even acknowledged at our table after being seated for over 35 minutes. Once they finally took our drink orders they came out wrong (and our Moscow mules tasted flat and old). Our food was OK, not very flavorful, and not hot by the time it reached our table. Overall would not recommend this place at all, which is sad because the location is great.

Punch Bowl has made GREAT strides inbeing a great place to eat before an event at Golden One or anywhere downtown. Our waiter Jared was FANTASTIC. And we got sat in a rather sunny place due to the sun going down -so they brought over a giant banner to keep us cool (as there wasn't another spot to sit a party of 10). After a few mis-steps - highly recommend Punch Bowl!!

Come here if you don’t care about service or your food getting to you in a timely manner. The server with the bright red hair took like 15 - 20 min to even come up and take our orders, just gave us the menus with no greeting, didn’t check in on us once, and our order took over 30 min to come. We literally had to chase her down and ask her where our food was… we only ordered chips & guacamole and tacos. Initially, we tried to order fries, but she said they were all out … why did another wait staff come up with us TWICE with a different order, and they both included fries?!! The chips and guacamole alone should not have taken 35 min. No water refills. 5 min after taking our order she gave us our check… if I had known it was going to be so bad I would’ve waited to pay. I would at the very least expect an update on our food or a check in.
