Incredibly inedible food. I mean, wow. 30 minutes for the blandest most overcooked and under seasoned fried chicken sandwich. The order was for "Shy", we ordered Tuesday morning at 1030. Maybe it's too early for their lunch menu options? I dunno. That was wildly bad. Had to throw it out. $50 for two sandwiches and almost cold fries is wild. Thought our last visit was bad, but this is next level.

Pushkins is so great, I decided to give Sibling a try for brunch with friends. The GF waffles were definitely nothing to write home about. My friend wasn't a huge fan of their goat cheese omlette. But one of the folks in the group got a chimichuri steak sandwich that was a-mah-zing. Absolutely perfect service 👌 Atmosphere would be perfect if they'd add some noise control elements - very very noisy.

The food was nothing special. Kind of bland. My wife had some breakfast taquitos something you can get a frozen bag from Costco. I had the pork belly Benedict and the pork belly was undercooked. Benedict was small. And not very flavorful, either of the dishes

Urban setting, qaint, neighborhood lunch restaurant. The food is consistently good. Can be a wait on the weekend during peak hours.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options on the menu. I eat there once or twice a week.

Food was very good and lots of options for everyone. They were busy so the wait was long but it was confusing as they several times had spots open and tables cleaned but didn't seat folks right away. Seems like they could have. Other than that we enjoyed it.

From omnivore to herbivore, Sibling by Pushkin's has it covered. The place is also 100% gluten free. If you are hesitant to try a place with so many allergy-free options, you probably have just cause.
But the food here is tasty.
They serve up all the American breakfast classics with a few California and Southern dishes tossed in.
How I break down my reviews:
1 Star - Never again.
2 Stars - Probably not, but maybe.
3 Stars - Would try again. Not sure I would recommend.
4 Stars - Very good, look forward to returning.
5 Stars - Amazing, top in its category. Om nom nom!

Restaurantji Recommends
Probably my favorite breakfast restaurant in the world. Nobody else has this amount, or this quality, of gluten and dairy free options. Highly recommend the pastries, chicken and waffles, or pork belly Benedict with dairy free hollandaise.

The fact that they charge almost 20 bucks for this sad gluten free vegan grilled cheese is not okay. Bulk up your food for people like me who can't eat gluten or dairy or get out. I could make this at home.
Today was the second time I’ve eaten at Sibling. The first time was okay and it was crowded and we sat outside in the cold. Food was good so I wanted to come back.
Today I sat inside and it was not busy at all.
Service was okay; just average and not spectacular. I had a waffle that was great but the chicken sausage was terrible. No big deal… but, gnats where EVERYWHERE. we noticed 1 when we initially sat down but when our food arrived to the table, so did about 20 gnats. We were constantly showing them away trying to eat our food. Tbh, this was so incredibly gross that I don’t know if I will be back.

Server was on point. Unfortunately the fried chicken sandwich was very, very bland. The sandwich fell apart after the first bite. Was pretty much inedible. The chipotle mayo sauce was very much chipotle forward.
Now this is what killed me. The fries came out COLD not even like warm. How does a chef even let that leave the kitchen. The awesome server went to get us fresh hot fries. Well, they came out with a few hot ones on top of the cold ones already brought to me. Or so it seemed.
When a kitchen is sending out cold food that was obviously sitting there for a long time, how can you trust anything else being prepared back there.
Will NEVER set foot in this establishment again.
