Queen Sheba is one of Sacramento’s staples, and after finally visiting, I can see why people rave about it. The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the smell of spices as soon as you walk in is intoxicating. I ordered the vegan buffet, and it was incredible. Dish after dish of colorful stews, lentils, greens, and vegetables were served alongside soft, tangy injera bread that tied everything together.
