Worst customer service. I’ve been calling this location since Saturday to request for a refund regarding an incorrect order and we’ve been told each time we’ve called that the manager, Mabel is not in the store and to call back the next following day.
I’m literally on the right now with this location and the guy who answered walked away from the phone. I can hear customers ordering and people talking in the background. Smfh. Horrible customer service.

I’ve only been to this location once but it was nice! Came for lunch with a friend and it satisfied the craving. The tonkotsu ramen was lovely, not the best I’ve had in town but it was tasty. I’ll probably try a different ramen the next time I come.
The restaurant is small and when we came it wasn’t busy. They have outdoor seating too which is nice, it’s located in a shopping area that has lots of parking but gets packed. I would come back to try other things.

Terrible service. Don’t go here go to teriyaki time next door. I work at a near by car dealer and I eat out for lunch in this area almost everyday. I ordered a small fountain drink and they gave us small cups and lids. We filled up soda and waited for our food. The manager or supervisor came by said those aren’t for soda wanted to charge us $8 for a soda we already thought we paid for. Ended up taking our cups and dumping them. I would never return back to this place because of the service was extremely unprofessional. I’m sure the lady wasn’t the owner and the real owner wouldn’t be happy about throwing out ppl over small amounts of soda that the employee gave them after we ordered sodas… Avoid this place. Food ended up being cold.

First this is a mixed review because I love there vegetable & shrimp tempura, but I ordered the squid....um it smelled like bait and it had been fried at least twice like leathery snacks for your pet yuck I'll order the tempura Vegis and shrimp also the bbq chicken is good but, they almost lost me with the squid just gross and inedible, and I have worked in alaska unloading the fishing boats! Way over cooked and not fresh!

Today I called to order for pick up at the restaurant under the name Tony. 04/23 I ordered takoyaki, fried oysters, and tonkatsu ramen with extra noodles. I went to pick up at the restaurant but didn't get chashu pork. I only got vegetables and eggs in soup. The food was delicious, but I was very disappointed with this mistake.

I ordered a Hawaiian BBQ Chicken plate and as I was cutting into the chicken, the underside had a piece of hair grilled into it. I brought my plate back to them and told them about the hair and they didn’t believe me. They kept flipping the piece of chicken over to check and said there was none. She asked her coworkers to look as well but was giving off attitude too. I told her it was on the small piece she kept touching. She brought the plate back to me to show her because she couldn’t see it. I literally spotted the hair for her and pulled it to show that it was grilled onto it because they were saying it was probably my hair.
They finally asked me what I wanted and I just asked for a refund because the person ringing me up said it might have been in the marinade since it was a male worker with short hair cooking.
Sucks because I was too grossed out to take a photo of it before I brought it to them.

I went in for the first time today and ordered Shoyu Ramen. Of course it's delicious, but there's very little meat. Two thin pieces. The price is certainly too high for such a dish.

Food is delicious and fresh , service is great , very friendly and helpful staff . They also have a nice patio area to enjoy your food outdoors.
Parking: Lots of parking and close to big stores like traders joe , tj maxx , ultra , sprouts and many others

To be honest I'm kind of whelmed with this place. The food was decent, and plenty of it, but not necessarily for what we paid for it. Service is order at the counter and they bring the food to the table. It's also pretty loud inside to the level that conversation can be difficult. There is outdoor seating in clement weather though.

I had the unagi rice bowl. The sauce was what you would expect (always delicious) and there was plenty of rice, but the unagi filet was a little small. Okay food for the price of good food. I'm sure that sounds harsh but I only mean it as underwhelming.
