Strawberry milk tea and strawberry berry snow cream drink are awesome. The fresh strawberry pieces give it a refreshing taste. We always order online for pick up. It's always ready when we arrive.

I'm usually not all that crazy about boba but wow this was delicious. I got oat milk rather than fresh milk and it was just perfection! The lady working there was sweet and helpful as well.

I got their "popular" strawberry smoothie and it was not good. It got completely separated and although I would stir and stir and stir it would immediately start separating again. It tasted ok I guess, like a watered down smoothie but I couldn't get over the look and consistency so I just threw it away. I gave two stars because we got two milk teas and those were okay but just a bit warm. The rice bowls were okay but the beef didn't have a nice color, it looks boiled rather than stir fried and was bland. I don't think I'll order from here again.

Go to spot for boba when visiting my friend in this neck of the woods. I really like their taro milk tea with boba and their fruit teas. My friend got a kiwi something last time and it was legit good! I'll have to remember to get that one next time. Inside they are connected with the sushi spot, so you just have to walk up to the first counter and ignore the wait to be seated sign. Even when the sushi spot is closed between dining service, they will be open to order boba. Everyone has been nice, patient, and helpful. Quality of drinks has always been good too.

Sharing space with a Sushi Restaurant, this is still a full service / separate Boba tea place and not just a restaurant that happens to serve boba tea located in the Natomas burbs.I was staying nearby so was glad to find something so close. The pictures and reviews looked good so this was one of my first visits after I settled in. The tea is very good with a pretty standard variety of flavors and toppings.Fruit green teas with crystal boba is my current default order with the fruit being whatever strikes my fancy on the menu. It's pretty rare to find places that use real fruit (vs a puree or syrup) so no markdown that they don't.Service was fast and friendly and the tea is good enough where I didn't hesitate to go back the next day for more. Overall highly recommended!

The Thai milk tea was great tasting. The boba had a good boba texture. The cups are nice; heavy duty!.. you can take them home and use them again. They were super fast. I ordered and had my drink in hand in less than 5 minutes. They share the space with a sushi restaurant. Must try next time, it smelled really appetizing!

I come here exclusively for the teaspresso! Their regular tea offerings aren't anything spectacular, but their teaspressos remind me so much of Orobae's in Irvine. Really good tea flavor without the astringency. I get them less sweet with organic milk. My fave is the Iron Goddess.One thing I did notice though is that if you order more than 1 teaspresso of the same flavor, it gets more and more watered down. I am not sure why that's the case.No comment on the boba - very standard. I'm also not a boba fan and am very particular about how soft and chewy it should be so I tend to skip boba at most places.Service is good. They're polite and relatively quick. There is no sitting area - only a waiting area FYI. So it's mostly a to-go teashop.
