For fried food, this is the best place in Northern CA. Maybe the entire western US, maybe the world!
My wife and I regularly eat here on our dates and we bring our kids here occasionally. There's no better fried food, and the prices are phenomenal. Service is fast friendly and generous.

I came here with my mom for the first time and the food was amazing, fresh and seasoned perfectly. The service was great and the young lady that helped was so helpful and friendly. Overall 10/10 for service and food.

Stopped by yet another one of Ray's OUTSTANDING! establishments. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Moe and Miera. They were, of course, very courteous. It was lunchtime, so the place had quite a few customers. My order was taken and I was enjoying a catfish lunch plate with fruit punch. Kool aid in no time at all. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. I'll be working my travel schedule around to revisit when I'm back in the area. BTW the banana pudding was great!

Food is good but they open at 10:00 and every time I go the open sign is on but the door is locked I call no answer this is the 4th this happened to me. I wait for 20 minutes and door still locked so i have to go somewhere else.

Great food options and reasonable prices. Staff here are welcoming and I felt
the need to tip. I have returned again after only a week and had a repeat dining experience. Wish I had pictures to share. Maybe next time.

Food is usually pretty good. Shrimp overcooked this time. Never asked if i wanted it foe dine in or to go. Music really loud ...could barely hear. A little unprofessional imo. Young lady at counter was pleasant.
