Sadly, I think the quality of the fruit pies is starting to suffer (at least in my own timeline)...admittedly my sample size is small; we buy 1-2 pies/year but the cherry pie we just bought was too gooey...too much thickener. Crust is very good and fruit pretty good but it was overwhelmed by goo. Perhaps a product of mass production as they supply Nugget Markets. Their non-fruit pies are probably more consistent...

The service here is amazing. So glad to have found this gem.
Keylime pie is my go to dessert and they have one of the best I’ve had! The ratio of cream top, filling & tartness was perfect. I will definitely put an order in for the upcoming holidays.

All you one-star haters and people giving The Real Pie Company negative reviews need a Mud Pie to the face! The owner makes the best pies, and her shop is so cute and clean. From savory pies to cream pies to fruit pies, this woman’s pies are next-level—she probably learned her skills from secret family recipes passed down through her ancestry!
I wish you much success in the years to come. The Broccoli Cheddar hand pie? AMAZING. The S’mores pie? Amazing.
And to those complaining about prices—come on, you voted for this and/or try harder! Go have your grandmother bake you a pie.
Thank you for your attention to this matter

Every time we come here we have a great experience. The pie selection is not large but seasonal which is perfect because we can try something new and the ingredients are always fresh!

Hours on Yelp are inaccurate. States they open at 12 pm so I got here just after 12 pm and everything was sold out. Turns out they opened at 11 am so everything was sold out due to opening earlier. If I had known this, I would've came earlier. Left empty handed. They need to learn to update their hours.
The apple gallette is magnificent. I hate apple pie in general, but this was so good, I'm changing my mind. The apples were soft and silky (but not mushy at all) instead of chewy and rubbery. The crust was crispy and flavorful. They're also super nice there, we had a good chat and they helped me learn about when to come in to catch which kinds of pies. Very friendly and helpful. Their menu is super interesting, and I plan to come back for a peach and nectarine pie for sure, and maybe some of their frozen savory pies to go. I plan to become a regular!

I brought home a Rhubarb Raspberry Real Pie last night for a dinner party.
Everyone just loved it. It was simply delicious, not too sweet, and the flakey crust was amazing.
Nothing better than discovering the best pie is from a fabulous, welcoming local bakery!

Really delicious pies for take-out. Friendly owner and staff. So far we've tried Blackberry & Wild Blueberry and Cherry Pie, and both were super good. The fillings are great, but what I really like about their pies in general is the crust. I love pie, but a lot of store-bought pies have either flakey, but tasteless crusts made from shortening, or buttery, but overworked and firm crusts, but their crust is flakey and delicious and tastes like what I make at home with real butter. Their cherry pie also doesn't have any fake cherry flavoring, which is really hard to find and what I really appreciate. They also have a cool crust-pressing machine on display. We'll be back to try their other pies.

I had the butterscotch banana cream and chili pot pies for pi day (3.14) and they were both superb. The banana cream might be the best I’ve had.

First and last time in. We got 2 slices of pie, raspberry rhubarb and blueberry. When we ordered we thought they’d pull each pie out from the refrigerator and cut a slice, but no. They were both pre sliced / packaged and sitting on the back counter for who knows how long. The pies themselves were not good at all. The crust was tough, hard to chew, not flaky like you’d expect and tasted like phyllo dough. What’s more is my wife and I had severe diarrhea afterwards. I can only guess it was due to the fact that these were sitting out for God knows how long. The city health inspector really needs to pay them a visit.
