Had a nice dinner tonight at the Red Lobster on Howe. The food and service were amazing. The two hostess Nailani, Marvin were so nice and pleasant. Our server Andrew was also very pleasant and my dinning experience wonderful.

I decided to try Red Lobster after having not eaten there in years. I don’t know if this was just a one-off or if the restaurant went severely downhill, but I had an awful experience. It seemed like the service was pretty slow, our waitress was nice, just seemed a bit slow, and not any fault of hers, I think it was the place as a whole seemed to be lagging. I ordered the 7oz Sirloin steak with a side salad and steamed broccoli. I ordered Mac n cheese and fries for my daughter. My dad ordered the southwest salmon bowl. The broccoli was really good; my side salad came out about ten minutes before I received my meal and the salad was room temperature, drowned in blue cheese dressing, which was also room temperature and had really cheap tasting cheese on top. I ordered my steak medium, it came to me practically sitting in blood. I cut it down the middle and it was completely rare. I was very annoyed as we had already waited so long to get our food. My daughter’s fries were great, really good fries. The Mac n cheese was just sad. Very watery and undercooked. I’m not sure how you mess up Kraft Mac n Cheese, but Red Lobster managed to do it. My dads salmon bowl was good. Salmon was crisp and the sauce was very tasty. Overall, the Dining experience was not a good one. Also the prices are just too much. I won’t be back. Between the prices and the poor experience with my food and wait time, I’d rather not. This review is in no way a reflection on our server Jakelynn, she was nice and professional. Kudos to her.

Honestly not much of anything went well that evening. Our waiter was very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. It may have been the fact that my wife and I arrived 30 minutes before closing due to my crazy schedule, but what my wife ordered was served borderline inedible. She was so upset that she stood up and walked out. In 30 years I've never seen her do that before. I highly doubt that we'll be returning. Really dislike negative reviews, but felt it needed said. Sorry to the staff that performed their role admirably, please don't take it personally. Names intentionally left out.

Visiting an old favorite restaurant and I have to say I was quite disappointed. The rice was very hard, to the point that both of us left it. My fish was absolutely not cooked at all, to the point that I asked for something else. Then, the waitress asked me to set it on another place to send it back. The blackened salmon I ordered instead was great. The shrimp tasted good. The lobster potato was delicious! The Red Lobster biscuits were really disgusting and overcooked, as well as brought out with our waters almost 17 minutes after we sat down and ordered drinks. I would not go back again.

I ordered the Thursday special of Lobster and shrimp ? scampi with coleslaw as a side. (Looking for a acidy crunch to balance the hot savory food) however I couldn't eat the coleslaw because it was thick and milky ?. Luckily they replaced it with some broccoli ? with no problem. The shrimp and lobster were good. My man ordered choose 3 shrimp. He had the reg fried ??, street corn shrimp which was okay but the actual corn was dried out and hard to chew and swallow. His last choice was dragon shrimp (a knockoff sweet chili sauce) it was over fried and not good. He had the rice which was hard as well. The biscuits were inconsistent each time they came out, which it took about 15 minutes for our first batch. Undercooked and doughy 2 out of 3 batches. One batch was good. So that's about it. ?

Way Too Much chatter at podium; phone ringing without answering, scant service with extremely compatant servers without skates performing amazing feats. They deserve $20
