Had a great time here grabbing a quick bite before the Kings game! Drinks were great as well.

Really impressive spot in Sacramento. The staff is incredibly attentive and personable. The food was amazing, the Kamboka (sp?) Curry dish was exceptional, and my partner had the Tuna plate and we shared a Hummus *chef's kiss - delicious! We had an amazing time. The atmosphere was lovely and the view from the rooftop was spectacular. Our server Veronica or maybe Victoria (sorry) was superb. She was so nice and so helpful in guiding us through the menu selections and recommended one of the best cocktails I've ever had "Figgy Smalls". Overall, just a really fun night out and great spot quality, service, venue, 5 stars.

Not a great spot for a bigger group, they don't have proper tables to accommodate more than 4 people. They sat our group of 7 in more lounge-y type chairs with a small short table. The fryer was broken so we weren't able to order their truffle fries. Asked for waters for the table, the waitress did not ask if we wanted bottled or tap and just brought bottled. We didn't complain and drank it, knowing we would have to pay for it. But then the bill came and they charged us for 7 servings of the water even though we actually got 4 servings. We asked the waitress to correct it and she argued with us that well we are a table of 7. But bottom line, we didn't get 7 servings. Eventually the tab was corrected. The food and drinks we got were good but we were disappointed in the small table and overcharge for the water without an immediate correction.

My server felt off. I had to return my drinks because of no alcohol in it. It was not busy but the server was very inattentive. It took extremely long for drinks to come out. I come to Revival often and truly have always enjoyed it. The one time I bring guests from out of town, the service was horrible. My guests were not impressed.

The service here is -10000/10. I booked a table for 4 at 9pm on 11/22. We arrived on time and got seated on a low table w a couch on one side and two chairs on the opposite side. Our server never came to take our order. We got up to ask if we needed to continue waiting or if we had to order at the bar, we were told our server would come to us. Once we sat back down we continued to wait. I waved the girl who had originally sat us down over and asked again if our server was coming, we were told they would send someone over. In the end nobody ever came and we simply walked out. The establishment was not busy to the point that they were short staffed. We simply were not served. It was a very disappointing first and last experience here.

The weight staff was so rude, they sat 6 of us in a small corner with a small coffee table to eat. We were all on top of each other, we reserved well in advance and they had empty tables and refused to seat us somewhere more comfortable. We spend $500 on appetizers and drinks and we shared most of the food. We had to go eat after at punch bowl because we were so hungry. Definitely would not recommend for bigger groups. Ambience was cool but service was terrible.

Not a restaraunt, 21+ at 6:00pm. Unfortunately could not dine here (we were turned away at the door on a Saturday night) but they did not cancel our reservation and as such, we could not book anywhere else. Tried calling but they didn't pick up. Unfortunate misrepresentation.

It took us an hour and a half to get part of our order of appetizers and a drink each. my beverage was a whiskey neat pour that took 45 min for the first round. Water came at the top of the hour. They claim that the plates are sharable yet the chicken drumettes come 3 to an order, sliders are two per order. Waitresses went missing for over a half hour at a time. We could not find her anywhere oh well I learned a valuable lesson at 120 dollars per person.

Love this place! Tony the manager is the BEST! It's such a nice place and the drinks are the best. You can tell they care about you by providing excellent service. I have had several corporate celebrations and highly recommend Revival. It's also a perfect location for a first date night with someone :).

Service was extremely slow. Nice ambiance, food overpriced but fine. Cute spot for a cocktail if you're not in a rush.

I had a frustrating experience here. After being told to be patient while they made my drink, I was later told that I had canceled it, which was not true. Then, shockingly, they asked security to remove me. The interaction was rude, unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful. I have never had such a problem anywhere.Even my friends already paid for their drinks

I do want to make it clear, their staff was very friendly and accommodating while we were running late due to traffic. I am very grateful that they adjusted the reservation to a later time. However, we still left the restaurant hungry. We came here as a party of 10 before a concert and wanted to do some drinks and appetizers thinking it wouldn't be too long. I can say the price point is OVERLY expensive for the amount of food we got. The portion is just much too low for almost 30 dollars per app. The drinks and apps took sooo long to come out that whoever did get their drinks finished it much before the food came out. We debated on ordering more since we didn't know what the portion size was, but since the food took so long to come out, we had to have the cake we brought cut and the check paid asap. Our bill came out to $600+ for drinks, 4 French fries, 3 other apps, and 18 oysters. $200 of that was for gratuity, tax and a cake cutting fee. I wanted to love this place so bad but I think this is a one time experience.

I had a lovely experience at the Revival. The decor and ambiance are excellent. The service and staff are also excellent. I typically don't eat there, but the meals I have had were well prepared and quite tasty. Though a little pricey, it's to be expected for that locale, and worth it to me.

Revival at The Sawyer gave me one of the best nights I’ve had in Sacramento. The rooftop location makes it instantly special - you get a beautiful view of downtown, and the vibe is trendy without trying too hard. I ordered a small plate and a cocktail, and both were fantastic. The food was flavorful and well thought out, and the drink had that perfect balance you’d expect from a high-end bar. The service was smooth and friendly, and it felt like the staff genuinely wanted us to enjoy our night. It’s the kind of place where you want to linger and soak up the atmosphere.

Revival at the Kimpton Sawyer is hands down one of the best cocktail spots in Sacramento. The bartenders here truly know their craft—every drink is made with precision, creativity, and top-quality ingredients. You can tell they take pride in what they do because each cocktail not only tastes incredible but is presented beautifully. The vibe is stylish yet welcoming, making it the perfect place for a night out or to unwind after a long day. If you appreciate well-made drinks and expert bartenders, Revival is a must!
