We came for Valentine’s Day, hoping for a premium experience at $100 per person for the prix fixe menu. Sadly, the service missed the mark. My wine pairings were forgotten 2/4 times until I had to ask, and at one point, I got the wine after finishing my dish (the whole point is to have the wine with your dish). To top it off, we were served pasta without a fork, and I had to walk to the bar to request one. The main course took nearly an hour and half to come out, and then an exploding pen was given to me to sign my receipt that stained my hands and card. The food was decent, but with service like that, it really didn’t live up to expectations.

Although my friend and I had a reservation, we waited almost 45 minutes outside to be seated at a table. I’m unsure if they sat too many walk-ins or if earlier parties were taking awhile. Bottom line: what’s the point of having a reservation if they’re going to make us wait anyway?

The food and atmosphere were good. The red wine flight was mediocre. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning to this restaurant due to the excessive wait time.

Edit: The owner asked me to email them to make amends. I did so on the same day and they haven't responded to me. Spend your money somewhere else.

Came for Dine Downtown and will definitely come back! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff was nice and helpful, and the food was terrific. I had the tomato bisque, Steak Frites and Budino all of which were Really good.

An amazing dining with pairing dinner experience. My wife and I and another couple did the Dine Sacramento dinner with wine pairing. Absolutely fantastic. Need to first give a shout out to Sean, our server. 10 Stars ⭐️. Food was amazing. There were a variety of choices on the menu so we were able to share. The 3 wines Vermentino with the starters, the Cargnane with the main and Dessert wine was fantastic. We had the beet salad, French onion dip and jackfruit crab cakes that were fabulous. The main was the cioppino and steak frites. Dessert we did chocolate ganache and carrot cakes. Fantastic meal and service was exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone who eats plant-based. The vegan options taste good but the servings are incredibly small. Every time I've eaten here I am hungry a few hours later, which is ridiculous given the price.

This restaurant has so much potential, and I love the esthetic as well as the plant-based focus, but it's just not practical.

Hands down our favorite restaurant in Sacramento. Best burger, great steak, creative appetizers, and tons of gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options. The wine maker Colleen produces extraordinary wines that pair perfectly with their menu items. The owner Gina doesn’t just sit back and bark orders, she’s in the thick of it in the kitchen making sure every dish is perfect before it’s served to make your experience unforgettable.
Be sure to become a wine club member for the special events, perks, and other discounts.
Adria, Sam, Sam, Ozzy, and the rest of the staff are incredible as well and always make my wife and I feel VIP.
Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Had the Rev Burger. Probably the best burger I've ever eaten. My husband had the short rib pasta which was not that exciting and had no bread with it, which we thought was kind of weird. Service was great. Atmosphere was great.

Great meal after a stressful day of work. Three of us were in need for a wholesome yet comfort food meal and Revolution came through. We made a reservation and I am glad we did, as even on a Tuesday night, they were busy. A beautiful string light adorned patio and warmly lit dinning room welcomed our arrival to a bustling restaurant.

Arriving a bit early for out reservation, we grabbed a drink at the bar. *To note they only serve wine/wine cocktails and some beer. This is mainly a wine bar and they do not serve liquor drinks.* The bar tender and our soon to be server, Lilliana, was knowledgeable, funny and very pleasant helping us discover which wine we'd like. We got their house Cab and the white wine flight. Both were lovely.

Lilliana's delightfulness carried us through the meal while taking great care of us. I have many dietary restrictions (no grains/gluten, soy or dairy) and she assured me that she would check ingredients and ensure that it would be safe for me to eat.

I got the tomato bisque and it was great, mildly sweet and surprisingly a little spicy, which I enjoyed. The others in my party enjoyed a charcuterie board with Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam, Central Coast Seascape Cheddar, Cypress Grove Midnight Moon cheese and they both said it was excellent. For mains, we all got the burger with avocado and egg (mine without the bun and cheese) and fries. While mine was missing the avocado, I wasn't upset because the burger and fries were exactly what we wanted and needed. The fries were perfectly salted and burger cooked just right! My party agrees. The brownie sundae was said to be good as well by my co-worker.

The tofu steak was part of the vegan chef challenge menu, hope they keep it. Excellent mouthfeel and flavors, though I would want more of the squash on the plate, and less oil in the veggies. The rosemary butter on top of the tofu was a nice touch, flavor was perfect.
