Unprofessional, rude staff and customer service. Ridiculous. The girl who works behind the counter is just plain rude. Consider hiring friendlier staff.

For the price I paid for a grande pizza it was actually dry, it was like they forgot to put the original love into the pizza that once made it so famous to enjoy eating & it wasn't worth $52 .

Just ordered a simple half Hawaiian & half Pepperoni. I made it clear that I didn't want my pizza Burnt ! I was told by the staff that this was a Nomal pizza being burnt. $30+ pizza shouldn't be burnt or slightly burnt. People was do you think. Is the burnt pizza normal?

Rico's Italian Pizza ? is just a block away from my residence. We used to get it delivered for Birthday celebrations at our complex, and it was/is delicious! Upon hearing that they were permanently closing, my friend and I went over for one last time. Though a bit expensive, it was definitely worth every part! We also got deep fried Zucchini Sticks and deep fried Mozzarella Sticks, which were fantastic! I am so sorry to hear that they are closing, because I really want to go back again (and again, and again!).

I have had memories of both ordering out and going to parties here. Good pizza. There was a news article in the Sacramento bee a few days ago. Let's support them and not let this place disappear.

Kid-friendliness: Kids' parties were the bulk of my experience. Then we started ordering chicken garlic.

Rico's been there for over 40 years it's the best place ever I used to live around the corner from it and we became friends with the owners my husband used to help them with the door they have in the front when it was broken we are really going to miss this place.

We have gone to Rico’s since we were kids, very disappointed with todays experience, After we paid over $150 for food. My dad parked in the parking lot, and the lady working in the front ran outside and told him he can’t park there. He asked why not, and she said because it’s only for Rico’s pizza. When he said he was there for Rico’s, she said oh I thought you were going to the Mexican place next door. Just because he’s a Mexican man, she didn’t even ask if he was going to Rico’s she just assumed he was going next door and told him that. Very rude. Then she told my 10 year old sister that she couldn’t come inside with her Starbucks drink. When we asked why, she said it’s because it could contain alcohol and they can lose their liquor license. She’s 10 years old. So ridiculous.

Occasionally we have lunch ordered for staff and choose Rico’s for the pizza. We recently ordered the Party Size Combination and Party Size Chicken Supreme. Both pizzas were delicious and was plenty for 20 adults. Plenty of napkins, plates, and pepper and cheese packets were supplied. We ordered ahead around 1030 online, which is before they open, and received our pizzas by 1205 via delivery. The delivery person was very kind he even asked if we needed help carrying them to a specific spot.

Love the new look. Up to date and colors are very nice. Food is always excellent. Will always recommend and eat here. The chicken pizza is crazy delicious. Feeds our group parties and large crowds for many years. Love the business.
