Terrible service! Only one waitress, one hostess and one bartender. Waited too long for refills and food was mediocre at best. Will not return!

We had an absolutely horrible experience here they didn't have half of the items on the menu. They had no fish and chips. They had no patron. How does a full bar not have any patron also we were there the night that there was a circus there in the parking lot so we expected there to be aloyt Employees and customer service and there was not. We waited over 30 minutes for each round of drinks and over an hour for our food it was absolutely ridiculous and I would never go back there.

Even tho we had a reservation we were seated at the very back by the serving station. We felt very isolated and asked to be moved. Eventually we were and it was better. However, our food order was wrong. Ordered the loaded tots ($17.95) and was missing one of the major ingredients, bacon. Pretty pricy for tots covered with cheese and green onions. They did take 10% off but really, I won't be back.

Had a reservation for 515 before a 630 show. Didn't get our table til 6. Food delivered at 625. Missing part of our order. Ate half of our food- no time to finish. Needless to say, we were late for our show. Surprised by the 18% gratuity added on our table of 4! What??

First time, terrible experience. Upon check in, we were told they were very busy so our reservation was going to have to wait another 30 minutes. Mind you we had tickets to show in parking lot so we had no other option in time. Same check in line for people with or without reservations, so they were sitting people without reservations if they checked in before others. It was a mess. This happened to quite a few parties that had tickets to the show as well. We were sat about 25-30 after our reservation time so we had to immediately order and scarf what we could. Not fun, stressful and just not a good start to what was supposed to be a fun night. Positives-The bartenders were friendly. Baja tacos were good.

Overall, food and experience were a solid “meh.”All of the water features out front of the place (connected to the mini-golf) are dry/empty and have been so for years. So it looks pretty grim, and a real let-down, just walking in. The windows are filthy. The design of the place overall feels like a very low-effort attempt at emulating a Hard Rock Cafe.... It's an industrial type building that just doesn't work well as a concert venue nor as a restaurant. IMHO, This place just isn't going to make it.

First time here, thought we'd try something new, big mistake! Extremely slow and poor service. Waited 40 minutes for beer ordered, went to bar to get it myself. Waited for check for 30 minutes, again went to get it myself. Food arrived over an hour after ordering. Wasted over 2 hours for mediocre food, and horrible service. Normally, I'm a generous tipper, first time I can recall that I gave zero tip (typically, will leave something) Will never go in there again

The food was pretty good. We had the Asian boneless wings and they were super crunchy and saucy. Also the bbq chicken salad was yummy as well.

my experience wasn't very good. We sat at our table over a hour without any service. I ordered food and a picture of beer and it took over an hour to receive anything. Everybody else was getting helped who knew the owner of the place but nobody else were getting their food or drinks on time. I will not be back to this establishment because I sat over an hour without a drink food or anything. I saw the owners catering to their friends, but not their customers

The service was awful. The food took an hour to come out and the sweet potato fries were cold and raw. The burger I ordered was alright, but I would not make the drive for the food/experience again.

Food was fair. Atmosphere reminded me of an abandoned mall.

Been 4 times now and everything ordered has been fantastic. A hidden gem for sure.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed....I sat myself down at the bar and the bartender Kip!! Made sure that I was taken care of. First Impression made!

Outside this place looks dead, inside it’s even more dead and the servers act and look like they do not care and are empty husks of an employee.

Food was overpriced and lame. Would’ve made a better sandwich at home even gotten one from Walmart.

Do not recommend going here even if someone in your party really recommends it. Mall food is better and will give you better service.

0 stars.

Parking: There’s plenty of parking. It’s empty so there’s room for everyone.

Great place to chill with friends. Not too expensive, nice atmosphere, good service, not too hot or too cold.

Kid-friendliness: Not what I would call kid friendly. This is more of a 21+ kind of place.
