The service was awful. The food took an hour to come out and the sweet potato fries were cold and raw. The burger I ordered was alright, but I would not make the drive for the food/experience again.

Food was fair. Atmosphere reminded me of an abandoned mall.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed....I sat myself down at the bar and the bartender Kip!! Made sure that I was taken care of. First Impression made!

Outside this place looks dead, inside it’s even more dead and the servers act and look like they do not care and are empty husks of an employee.

Food was overpriced and lame. Would’ve made a better sandwich at home even gotten one from Walmart.

Do not recommend going here even if someone in your party really recommends it. Mall food is better and will give you better service.

0 stars.

Parking: There’s plenty of parking. It’s empty so there’s room for everyone.

Great place to chill with friends. Not too expensive, nice atmosphere, good service, not too hot or too cold.

Kid-friendliness: Not what I would call kid friendly. This is more of a 21+ kind of place.

Wow service was terrible today. Only about 6 tables seated. Took 20min to get drinks. Once Efren took our order we had to have him called back to our table to get more drinks. My wife got her plate. I had to ask where my plate was efren said “let me check” I didn’t get me plate for 12min. After I requested a manager Efren was mad. He didn’t say “thank you” one time he didn’t apologize once for the lack of customer service. Oh and we never had a manager sent to our table either.

Go elsewhere if you want good customer service.

My daughter and I had lunch here and we thought it was a charming atmosphere with great service.
Good comfort food. Loaded tots were so delich!
Great vegetarian selections as well!

Vegetarian options: My daughter had the cauliflower selection, it was cooked and seasoned perfectly.
Mozzarella sticks had great cheese pull, not too tasty but the ranch was fire 🔥

Ernie, our server, gave us great recommendations and even clued us in on the band that was performing that night. Dinner was excellent and my wife loved her Strawberry fields salad. Don't skip the Alice Cooper poison burger if you like things a bit spicy

Okay place to visit. Sunday late afternoon so it wasn't very busy but food and drinks took forever. Drinks were good when they came and food was good enough. Food prices were too high for the national chain quality served. Atmosphere wasn't strong with all the lights on but I could see a concert night being way different

Called ahead and got a reservation at 6. When we got there we were seated immediately. However, no one checked on us to even get our drink orders until 40 minutes later (after someone from our party got up to complain at the front counter). After taking our orders, it took an additional hour and a half for our food to get to us. Our server only checked on us once the entire 2 hours we were there to the point we had to get up and get our own drinks. The food was okay, but wasn’t worth the 2 hour wait. The atmosphere was okay, but felt like we were sat in a Chuck E Cheese with all the kids running by throughout the restaurant and on the stage, bumping into our table. I understand it’s family friendly and there’s mini golf and batting cages but still wouldn’t expect kids to run free through the restaurant like that. Did mini golf as well, it was the best part although by the time we finally finished eating it was so dark outside. Would be nice to have more lighting outside.

I made a dinner reservation 6 weeks in advance for a party of 9 for October 11, 2024. I had no idea there would be concert at Rock and Brews that night. Our reservation was at 7:30pm so when we arrived, it was completely packed. I checked in with the Host and they let me know that they see my reservation but they don’t have a table to seat my party because the restaurant/concert was overbooked. I asked to speak to the Manager Anna and I explained my situation. She apologized and asked me to give her some time so she can set up our table. We waited patiently and she was able to gather a booth with a table to seat my party. She also made sure the waitress gave us a free appetizer, drink and dessert for waiting 1 hour. The customer service was great and we also enjoyed the concert while celebrating an Anniversary. Luke Mejares was an amazing R&B singer and we stayed until the concert was finished at 11:30pm. We had the best time and we also left a big tip for our waitress. I also went back the next week to recognize Anna for her hard and give her an appreciation gift. Thank you for making it a night to remember, we had so much fun singing along to the 90’s jams and the food was delicious.
