This place sucks. I guess that's franchise for you. The women's restroom only had two stalls, handicap and regular. The regular stall was plugged and handicap had a broke sign on the door. When I told the worker, she said to just use the men's restroom. No " we will fix it ", nothing. Go to mens restroom and both are messed up as well!! Hope the food is not as bad as the service. If I had a choice, it would get NO stars. Zero!!

The food was great, and so was the service. Though I did ruin a new sweater because the wood paneling around, especially the trim in the seating area. Dividers near the restroom had some sort of sharp metal sticking out of them, like protruding staples, they snagged and tore my sweater a bit. I tried to notify the staff, and I don't blame them because it was incredibly busy, but I couldn't get anyone's attention. If it had caught my arm instead of my sweater it would have drawn blood.

Restrooms are nasty. Toilets all backed in the women's and men's restroom. The service is questionable. Tables are filthy had to wash our own tables. No ice for drinks. They couldn't figure out what order goes where. Things have been on a steady decline for the last 3 years. We usually come by when we see the Theater of Lights and this will definitely be the last time we come here.

update - now 7:42, still no pizza, still can’t get through on the phone, just rings 4 times and then goes to a full mailbox, quite certain they turned off the phones.
Ordered pizza tonight, was supposed to be delivered at 6:23pm, it is currently 7:17pm, and still no delivery, we have been trying to get through on the phone for the last 15min and no one is answering, this is not the first time that delivery has been much later then it said it would be ordering, clearly the algorithm for how the website determines delivery time is out of date, quite frustrating and will not be ordering from them anymore due to the issue.

They gave us the wrong pizza while someone else was eating ours. But the friendly manager made up for it. The place could use a dining room attendant though. Lots of dirty tables.

Ladies toilet not working place is disgustingly dirty and unhygienic had to use toilet which was broken also they need to clean this place salad bar is disgusting 🤢
Disgusting dinning place wish we had walked around and seen the restaurant first. Restaurant was closed for women n only men's open which stinked n was nasty. Pizza was just ok dirty tables n chairs. I would not recommend to anyone. Please clean your restaurant.

I placed my order at 5:05pm, I called to let them know the drive has to call me so I can come down to get the pizza as my apartment complex has no public entrance. I called at 6pm to check on my order that was promised at 5:44pm. It’s now 6:30pm and I called to speak to the manager same person that answered my calls. She explained delivery is taking longer than usual but I was never told in all the calls I made. I asked for a refund and she refused to give it to me. Said the driver is 5 min away. It’s now 6:40pm still no pizza. I guess I will need to complain to their corporate office. SMH so disappointed in them. The pepperoni, Hawaiian pizza at this round table was heavenly, lots of seating for people to go and enjoy a slice of pizza. It has a small arcade place for the kids to go and play. The only thing that keeps me from giving me this place 5 stars is the bathrooms... The bathrooms are busted and smell like poop 🫤
