Round Table Pizza

I had a Uber Eats order consisting of a medium King Arthur Supreme with a couple add-ons and a salad, which ended up being $87 plus a 10-dollar tip for the driver. The order was an hour late past the original delivery time when I called the restaurant to ask if it was an issue with them or the delivery service. Whoever answered the phone said the issue was round tables fault and not the driver, and then that was it, he hung up. Awful customer service communication, absolutely a waste of money. Once was there a time when pizza restaurants that charge the premium were worth it. Unless you have $100 and just want a medium pizza and a salad and are willing to wait a half a day, this is the spot.

If you like Roundtable, avoid this store in particular. I waited over 40 minutes for a single personal pepperoni pizza. There was nobody else in the restaurant and it wasn't busy. The guy working the register had to come ask me about my order three times and when I finally got the pizza it was cold. I'm never giving this store my business again.

There is a live fly inside of the packaged salad. So disgusting. Haven’t even open the salad yet. Meaning they packaged it up WITH A FLY INSIDE IT.

Ordered 1 small 1 topping personal pizza qnd ordered at 11:15 am and it's 11:59 now and as I write this the pizza is still not done. Was told a 1000$ pizza came in and the are cooking those first! What a TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. 9-19-24 EDIT: GOT my pizza at 12:04

They are nice and friendly.They have alot of computer problems because they have often said we can't honor the coupon or use my points.I was even told to call and complain to corporate from an employee.

Spent over $100 on three medium pizzas, paid extra for ranch and a 7$ delivery fee. One pizza correct, one missing toppings (Maui Zaui) and the other was supposed to be half cheese half pep and it came with only half cheese, the other side had just sauce no cheese or pepperoni. And no ranch. When I called I was told I have to come back in to pick up my ranch. But I paid for delivery?? Pretty much was told they can’t do anything about it. Never again!

The last experience wasn't that great because the manager which is a man was new. He rushed me and didn't enter in my order properly and did not want to learn how to do it. It wasn't busy at all. However, I've been to this restaurant so many times in the past when the regular manager was there. Which is a woman. She is the best. She always makes my experience great and she's very interpersonal and knows how to treat people. Besides the pizza she's the reason I came back rime and time again.
