Came in for my son’s birthday party with his 3 friends and had some family members join us. The manager Ashely was fantastic. She helped us out at the counter. It was great speaking with Ashley, she was very nice, and very helpful with us trying to decide.

I had a Uber Eats order consisting of a medium King Arthur Supreme with a couple add-ons and a salad, which ended up being $87 plus a 10-dollar tip for the driver. The order was an hour late past the original delivery time when I called the restaurant to ask if it was an issue with them or the delivery service. Whoever answered the phone said the issue was round tables fault and not the driver, and then that was it, he hung up. Awful customer service communication, absolutely...

They are nice and friendly.They have alot of computer problems because they have often said we can't honor the coupon or use my points.I was even told to call and complain to corporate from an employee.
