They cleaned up salad bar before they were closed and had a big party of people still sitting at tables but they didn't want to make our sandwiches because it would include a salad they still had twenty-min before they closed so we were turned away really sucked after rushing down to get there before they closed

I got the salad bar, almost everything in it was empty and I came at 11:50 and waited an hour and it was still pretty empty. The lady was nice but she looked irritated with us right away.

Super rude. I was on my way home and wanted to pick up some pizzas. I walked in they they didn’t have a board with a menu. I asked if they had a menu that I could look at and the woman at the counter just said no we don’t and walked in the back. I understand that they are also a dine in but I swear I’ve had take out at round table before. The place didn’t look busy either. Terrible attitude and very unprofessional

If you can, visit a different pizza place. Matt had the worst customer service imaginable. When you pay $40 for a pizza, the service should be better.

I placed an online order for my pizza to be ready for pickup at 7. By 7:10 the pizza hadn't even been made. While waiting for my pizza I saw someone eating directly out of the salad bar! The employees didn't seem to care. Disgusting and unprofessional Update: we got the pizza home and it wasn't even cooked all the way!

I had an issue with my order I lost the receipt I was there a few hours ago and I placed an order for the two topping special medium Pizza. I wanted pepperoni and spinach I got there and my order was wrong I checked before I left it was just pepperoni. They let me keep the pepperoni pizza which was nice and they offered to remake it which I accepted it. But when I went home I opened the box there was barely any spinach at all. It's like they just remade the first pizza all over again. It's like they barely sprinkled any spinach at all like maybe two pieces of spinach on the entire Pizza. The rest was just pepperoni I was very dissatisfied I didn't want to go back again to press my luck. Ater they let me keep the original pizza made me another one but they still got it wrong! I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they went out of their way to let me keep the first pizza. And again as I said before it came out wrong because they barely put any spinach they put it underneath. The spinach was supposed to be on top just like the pepperoni is. Disappointing should have turned around and drove back to tell them to keep it but I didn't want to press my luck as I said that would have been the third time I was there.

Very rude and lazy staff. Tried to have a small birthday of maybe 12 like we have in the past and was greeted with nothing but rude responses and restrictions like no decorations at all and time limits in the empty and dark restaurant. I called another location down the road and they were wonderful told me to come on in and set up. Skip this location and go straight to 389 Florin location where they value customers experiences.

He thought we were poor from our faces and spoke to us wrongly. This is a very shameful thing.
I placed an order on 11/2/24 and was promised the order to arrive at 5:30 this order wasn't received till and hour after promised. While waiting I called the location around 6:37 to know why my order was late and the youn lady simply told me the dasher had it and was out. I told her why was it over an hour late and said " you seem not to care about my order" to which she placed me on hold without notice and never returned. Once I received the order it was barely warm and the twist I had ordered where hard and had barely and cheese or sauce it was like a stick with a pile of garlic in the middle. I than went to the location to at least pick up the condiments that were also not included. When I arrived this location looked a mess with food and garbage over the majority of the tables and only 3 staff working the front and kitchen.... as well I noticed the staff were eating food in the kitchen and touching their hair without cleaning their hands after. When I was able to talk to someone about the condiments I needed they attempted to scoop out ranch from the salad bar that seemed way pass expiration to which she looked up to me and said it would be a 20min wait for me to get ranch..... this will be my last time ordering here they have severally messed up orders in the past and have had the worst possible customers service please do not go to this location at all.
Also in the reviews comments you'll see an email they provided.... but never reply to so it actually shows how little round tables cares about it's customers

My brother and his wife were visiting from Virginia. They moved away from here 14 years ago and specifically wanted Round Table pan pizza even though we offered to take them to any restaurant they wanted. It took 45 minutes to arrive which is completely acceptable. What wasn't acceptable was they delivered a thin crust pizza. When we contacted the restaurant we were told that instead of bringing us the correct pizza, we would have to drive it over to them, then they would start a new one. I have never heard of such a thing! What is the purpose of having a pizza delivered, waiting for 45 minutes and then being told we would need to drive there, and after they verify it was wrong, they would make a new one. Obvious we will never order from them again and will share this experience every time someone brings up ordering pizza
