Round Table Pizza

A love round table one of the best pizzas, services is good but need improvement.. everything else is fine.

The worst location of round table by far, they constantly get your order in correctly. When you call about it and request a refund or credit because you're not driving all the way back there for them take another hour to remake it, they tell you to contact customer service who also then does nothing.

Very polite and funny staff. Good food.

There was bad behavior with delivery drivers and long time wait

Made a online order early in the morning for a 4pm pickup. Got to the restaurant and was told we are barely starting your order. We have other pickups for the same time, as if it's my fault. Was told it would be about 15 minute wait. Ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. I had to walk up to the counter and then got my order, my name wasnt even called. All the while other customers who placed orders at the counter got theirs first. Once getting the food, not an apology or any type of my bad for the wait. Food is fine, customer service needs work.

This will be my last time ordering from here, I love round table but since I moved to Natomas this the only one that delivers and every time something goes wrong, food is barley warm. They forget my drinks then ask me to come pick it up when i have paid a delivery fee and tip ( this has happened multiple times). once I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeno pizza they sent it with all jalapenos wtf.

This place has very horrible service. There’s no one at the front, we had to call out to the cooks in the back to get someone to come take our order. We got our order 30 mins later, the woman at the counter spent that entire 30 mins outside the shop. The garlic twists were half the size that you get at the arena location. Would not recommend this location to anyone!

I've loved Roundtable since waaay back but I had to jump on to compliment Roundtable on Natomas Blvd. The pizza is always good, fresh and I rarely have to wait. It's also very clean and well kept. On top of that the service is outstanding 👏 Stacy & Jeremy rock

Go to a different location. Ordered online said food would be ready at 6, get there at 6:15 worker said food would be ready in 5 minutes. 45 minutes pass still no food and the workers wouldn’t tell us anything and were basically ignoring the 10 customers waiting for their food. Had to get someone at home to call to get an update and the worker said they hadn’t even started making the pizza. Left and never got back my 200 bucks.

obviously today was too busy for them and it was packed, girl with piercing up front communicated perfectly with me and explained my order and situation, i understand how restaurants can be stressful, still a good pizza happy with my purchase just took longer than expected, just feel bad it was one girl upfront doing all the work and everyone else seemed clueless
