Horrible! Never go here.
Let's just say I waited an hour and still didn't get my food and they didn't care. Never again!!

Burnt breadsticks and gave me a leftover non fresh pizza I called and they most they offered me was a small discount that’s not good business won’t be coming back unless this is justified I’ll be going to mountain Mikes from know on their better anyways,

If I could give zero stars, I would. What happened here on September 24th was straight-up theft and a total lack of human decency.

That night I came in to grab food for my family. My dog was extremely sick, and I had just enough money to buy dinner and his medication right after. The cashier BY THE NAME OF ARURA was rushing me through payment, telling me to “press the green button twice” if I didn’t want to tip. I did exactly that, tapped my card, and somehow a $10 tip still got added to my total.

When I checked my account minutes later, I saw it and went back in. The cashier even admitted it — she said, “Oh, you didn’t mean to put this $10 tip?” So clearly she knew something wasn’t right. But when I asked to speak to the manager to fix it, the assistant manager came out with the nastiest attitude and zero care. I explained the situation — that I didn’t authorize that tip, that it left me short, and that I needed that $10 for my dog’s medicine.

Her response? Basically a shoulder shrug and an attitude like I was bothering her. She told me it would “take 3–4 days to go back to your card” like it was nothing. No apology. No empathy. No urgency. When I asked if she could comp the order or at least show some kind of customer care, she got even more defensive and cold.

That $10 was the exact money I needed for my dog’s meds, and because of this, I couldn’t get them that night. My dog died later that night.

So yeah it might’ve been “just $10” to them, but to me it meant everything. And the fact that the manager handled it like that — with no compassion, no accountability, and not even the decency to apologize says a lot about the type of people running this place.

This wasn’t a mistake. It was dishonest, unprofessional, and heartless. I’ll never spend another dollar here again, and I’ll make sure others know what happened.

I redeemed my points to get a free pizza and by the time I go to pick it up they closed. Reason being they “ran out of dough”. Yet people were clearly eating a freshly made pizza in the lobby. Not only did I not get my pizza, I never got my points back. The guy that helped me sounded so baked it was actually kinda funny. He was useless, but nice. Terrible service, will never eat here again.

The worst location of round table by far, they constantly get your order in correctly. When you call about it and request a refund or credit because you're not driving all the way back there for them take another hour to remake it, they tell you to contact customer service who also then does nothing.
