I redeemed my points to get a free pizza and by the time I go to pick it up they closed. Reason being they “ran out of dough”. Yet people were clearly eating a freshly made pizza in the lobby. Not only did I not get my pizza, I never got my points back. The guy that helped me sounded so baked it was actually kinda funny. He was useless, but nice. Terrible service, will never eat here again.

The worst location of round table by far, they constantly get your order in correctly. When you call about it and request a refund or credit because you're not driving all the way back there for them take another hour to remake it, they tell you to contact customer service who also then does nothing.

There was bad behavior with delivery drivers and long time wait

Made a online order early in the morning for a 4pm pickup. Got to the restaurant and was told we are barely starting your order. We have other pickups for the same time, as if it's my fault. Was told it would be about 15 minute wait. Ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. I had to walk up to the counter and then got my order, my name wasnt even called. All the while other customers who placed orders at the counter got theirs first. Once getting the food, not an apology or any type of my bad for the wait. Food is fine, customer service needs work.

This will be my last time ordering from here, I love round table but since I moved to Natomas this the only one that delivers and every time something goes wrong, food is barley warm. They forget my drinks then ask me to come pick it up when i have paid a delivery fee and tip ( this has happened multiple times). once I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeno pizza they sent it with all jalapenos wtf.

This place has very horrible service. There’s no one at the front, we had to call out to the cooks in the back to get someone to come take our order. We got our order 30 mins later, the woman at the counter spent that entire 30 mins outside the shop. The garlic twists were half the size that you get at the arena location. Would not recommend this location to anyone!
