Classic pizzeria experience. You can tell they use good quality ingredients for their pizza. Great sauce and amazing crust. Being from out of state it was a little alarming to see the price of the pizza, but trust me TRUST ME it is 100% worth what they charge. I would recommend it to anyone visiting in the Sacramento area.Dietary restrictions: They have cauliflower crust AND gluten free crust available.

Music is terrible. Instrumental jazz? Cmon it's 2024. Cashier Alaiah A. was in street clothes and had dry scalp flakes in her hair, dirty broken nails and an abrupt attitude. Several tables in the dining room were not bussed and were dirty. At the time of this review there were 4 people total in the restaurant at 2pm. I was informed the wait for a personal pizza would be 20-25 minutes because it had to "run through the oven". Interesting. Ybor particular location could use a makeover....it dirty and outdated. I've lived in this area for 15 years and this RT has never been updated....its kinda gross Inside. Clean up your act 0890 and you might see an increase in revenue.

I spent a 130.00 last night with a total of 7 people and 1 of my granddaughters went to the counter and ask for some ranch and the told her she had to pay. So i went to the counter a little angry and some choice words and eventually got the ranch dressing. So even know i got it the staff still didn't understand 130.00 dollars at a pizza place mean a little more ranch is not gonna break the bank. I could have went to little Ceasars and saved a 100.00.

I really like Round Table pizza specifically the Maui Zaui. I really hate that it cost so much but I am willing to pay once in a while. With that being said I gave this location a 1 star because it is not possible to give zero. I have order at this location a number of times and not one time has it been a good experience. 1: I ordered food and get home they missed ingredient on my pizza I spent $135 for 3 pizzas 2: I preordered stated food would be ready in 30min I should up after 60min and the food was not even started. I wait in store for another hour. No compensation for the extended wait time. I spent $89 on my two pizzas 3: and final straw!! I ordered pizza for delivery at 3:30pm and it stated the food would take 30-40min. At 5pm I call in and was placed on hold for 10min. Once they answered they told me my food was out for delivery. At 5:20 no pizza!! I call in and drive over to get my money back. Guess what my pizza wasn't out for delivery it wasn't even done cooking!!!!! The gentleman stated his boss was going to call me to talk about my experience. I bet you guessed they didn't call me. That is why I decided to put this review it's just unprofessional. I was spending $112 dollars on two pizzas I do not think I am asking for too much My advice would be to go to the other Round Table near by. Unfortunately this is the only Round Table that delivers to my house.

Pretty much the worst Pizza from Round table I have ever had. I use to work for this company for 2.5 years after high school and always went to round table every couple months. I dined in because I was waiting for my wife’s Christmas dinner party from work to be done. The pizza sauce was pretty much non existent. The pizza looked like it was kept in the warmer for carry out and super dehydrated. Trust me I know it came from there because I use to work for RT and know where it goes for the carry out. I normally don’t write reviews but good grief upper management come fix this. The reviews speak for itself.

It was quiet at 2: 30 in the afternoon during the week. The two of us had their lunch special of personal pizza with salad. The salad bar was well stocked with fresh ingredients. My Maui Zowie pizza was excellent. My friend enjoyed his two topping pizza with lots of extra cheese. I need to add this to my regular rotation for lunch and dinner. Zion was our server and she was nice and friendly and helpful.

To the corporate executive or Round Table big wig who is wondering why this round table is not performing well, here is your answer. Been coming to this round table for approximately the last 3 years, never had a bad experience, until today. Placed an online order for pick-up which said it would be ready in approximately 25 minutes. When I came in 30 minutes later to pick it up, I noticed that 6 other people were also waiting for their orders. The pizza was not ready and the employee at the counter flatly mentioned that they haven't even made them yet, no apology or reason why they were not ready. With a clear view into the back of the restaurant, there was atleast 5 employees working at the slowest pace they could possibly go. All three levels of the oven appeared to be working just fine. So don't see any reason why there is such a long wait. Won't be coming back to this round table. It would have faster to drive to the costco food court in woodland than wait for this order.UPDATE: Waited over an hour in the store along with approximately 10 other customers who had placed togo orders, including one elderlylady who had been waiting for her order closer to two hours at that point, she asked for a full refund, which she got, and at that point I knew I was going to be waiting atleast another hour for my pizzas to be ready, asked for a full refund which the cashier gave me, again with no apology or explanation why it was taking so long. Drove down the street and placed an order with mountain mikes instead. Paid 10 dollars less than round table and was ready in 20 minutes.

Ridiculous on the lack of service, fire the whole crew!!!! No sense of order, no system in place to handle small dinner rush. Complete deer in headlights, who is running this store location #0890???? Complete failure and zero accountability. The staff needs to take a customer service course 10xs over. It is sad because I grew up on roundtable and considered this place to be the industry standard. This location, if encountered as a first time customer would be the demise of the chain. Truly hope things get turned around ASAP!!!! No one communicates when orders are up just sit in the window. This store needs LEADERSHIP BADLY
