Everything was great until it was time to pay. $45.00 for a large combination. Nothing extra and no drinks just the pizza and it was to go. That's the most I've ever spent for a large pizza anywhere.

You can no longer speak with anyone at the store by phone. It redirects you to India. If you have a problem with your order, you have to drive to the store and wait for an hour or so. For the price of their pizzas, you think they would have some sort of customer service, but they don’t.

This rating is becouse I ordered a pizza, it was wrong. I tried to call back and the people on the phone transfered me to the front desk over and over but the front desk kept disconnecting me. This place loves to screw up your orders and than not have a way to get it fixed. Who ever the manager is running this store that will not pick up the phone, needs to be fired. This is not the first time my order was made wrong and once again, I cant get anyone on the phone. I will be going into the store and dealing with who ever it is that keeps disconnecting the calls. This is not how you do business.

I’ve been coming to this roundtable for over 15 years. I also have brought my son’s little league events to this roundtable along with awards. my experience with my food last night was extremely disappointing, especially when I couldn’t get a hold of anybody at the store to complain about it when I came back to bring back the pizza this morning when they opened I was told that they can’t give me a refund because I didn’t bring it back the day of I picked up my order at 9:30 the night prior i’m very disappointed. These people are stealing my money. They gave me a pizza that wasn’t anything I ordered and I paid almost $50 for my total I paid last night was $150. I will never bring my business back to this round again and I will never bring my events for my children activities or advise any of my fellow Mom group members to utilize this roundtable or any of it affiliations with its franchise I am not happy I feel like I have been robbed. First picture is of a pizza I ordered the chicken garlic gourmet which mind you is went up $10. I paid for it. Almost $45 for a medium pizza and then the pizza on the right is the one I received.

Cant follow simple order. Completely missed a topping on the pizza which was also delivered cold..ordered 7 sauces total but received none. Call the store but only response is to transfer you to a manager line that hangs up everytime. They state there is no manager in the place and refers you to call and press 5 for it to immediately hang up on you again. So tired of every place messing up orders.. Order mountain mikes people..

Customer service has gotten so bad over the years. I try and go back every few months. And it’s worse and worse. There’s no supervision from anyone who cares. Management is laughable at best. They don’t even have delivery drivers. Would not recommend to anyone.

What a mess. Hadn't been here in a while and don't expect I'll ever be back.
Ordered online, was quoted an hour.
Got groceries with Frozen items then showed up at 1 hour to collect my pizza.
There were several upset people. Apparently they were two people short and their call center is quoting 15 minutes.
They told me another 40 minutes at least. So I had to drive 5 miles home to drop off my groceries and come back.
There were now about 10 people waiting.
The 3 young ladies were busting their tales but very stressed.
The owner or manager of this place should be ashamed putting the staff in this position.
Super frustrating for my family waiting over 2 hours for dinner.
