I’ve been coming to this roundtable for over 15 years. I also have brought my son’s little league events to this roundtable along with awards. my experience with my food last night was extremely disappointing, especially when I couldn’t get a hold of anybody at the store to complain about it when I came back to bring back the pizza this morning when they opened I was told that they can’t give me a refund because I didn’t bring it back the day of I picked up my order at 9:30 the night prior i’m very disappointed. These people are stealing my money. They gave me a pizza that wasn’t anything I ordered and I paid almost $50 for my total I paid last night was $150. I will never bring my business back to this round again and I will never bring my events for my children activities or advise any of my fellow Mom group members to utilize this roundtable or any of it affiliations with its franchise I am not happy I feel like I have been robbed. First picture is of a pizza I ordered the chicken garlic gourmet which mind you is went up $10. I paid for it. Almost $45 for a medium pizza and then the pizza on the right is the one I received.

Cant follow simple order. Completely missed a topping on the pizza which was also delivered cold..ordered 7 sauces total but received none. Call the store but only response is to transfer you to a manager line that hangs up everytime. They state there is no manager in the place and refers you to call and press 5 for it to immediately hang up on you again. So tired of every place messing up orders.. Order mountain mikes people..

Customer service has gotten so bad over the years. I try and go back every few months. And it’s worse and worse. There’s no supervision from anyone who cares. Management is laughable at best. They don’t even have delivery drivers. Would not recommend to anyone.

What a mess. Hadn't been here in a while and don't expect I'll ever be back. Ordered online, was quoted an hour. Got groceries with Frozen items then showed up at 1 hour to collect my pizza. There were several upset people. Apparently they were two people short and their call center is quoting 15 minutes. They told me another 40 minutes at least. So I had to drive 5 miles home to drop off my groceries and come back. There were now about 10 people waiting. The 3 young ladies were busting their tales but very stressed. The owner or manager of this place should be ashamed putting the staff in this position. Super frustrating for my family waiting over 2 hours for dinner.

We tried to order a pizza over the phone and were told it would be about a 45 min wait. We expected longer so we were pretty stoked bc it was Halloween. 1 1/2 hours later no pizza and we called back.
First we tried the “check on your order status” option over the phone and were sent to a voicemail box that that was full. It was the same for the Manager option. We finally used the “new order” option. We were given inconsistent answers about if our pizza was even ready and were told it would take “a few minutes“. Another half hour or so later we called again. “It’ll take a few minutes”. We call again and it’s clear this guy has no clue what’s going on. He couldn’t find our order and he was rude and tried to transfer us back to the desk which would’ve sent us back to a full voicemail box.
We got the pizza 3 hours after we ordered and it was cold. Come to find out round table uses a call center for their order services now. This system is ineffective and honestly was a terrible idea. This pizza is way too expensive for the crappy service and to get it cold.
If we’d been told it would take 3 hours there would be no issue. Halloween is busy. But this was ridiculous. All for a small pizza and some twists.

Look its pizza , and now everywhere prices are out of controll. Pizza is one of the best money food buisnesses you can own . It cost pennys to make and the return is big very big even at the price of the toppings today. Maybe $ 4.50 to make and look what they charge . Its not a fine dinning place . But people will still go there , and so do i only for the maui zowi . Its way over priced thats my view of it.

The tall kid running the show on August 1, 2024 at closing time went above and beyond the call of duty in several ways. He is a credit to the midmarket pizza chain and he should be decorated. Kid is going places.

The Pizza was delicious ? the service was great but they need to get that HVAC going when it is very hot. My wife and I decided that we would take our Pizza home since it was too Hot there at the premises.

Do not order from theses people again the pizza was all wrong and tasted like a watered down tomato. The crust wss not cooked and all the toppings fell off the whole thing bad , bad horrible pizza i ever had.
