I recently visited Round Table Pizza and had a delicious experience. The restaurant had a lively, family-friendly atmosphere, and the staff was welcoming. Cashiers are ignorant on your request
They act judge mental
Supervisors for the shift dosent seem to care if you request are fulfilled. They think it’s best to ignore the issue is better.
The store manager Arron is awesome he is the only one who gives me full service
Other blue shirt managers are not well trained to help with resolution… they act like, pay eat, get out.

The cashier Shift supervisors Store help are more interested in chasing customers away then offering them a complete in sore service The manager is great by the way: Arron you are awesome.

Their appetizers are the perfect start to any meal.

The bathrooms were serviceable.

Round table pizza is one of the best pizza place around, atleast there price for pizza is worth it not like Domino's and pizza hut, they are popular but round table pizza is the best, well cooked and perfect

Called to order and when I asked about the specials I was told one. When asked if they had any specials with 2 pizzas was told to look online. I then asked how much 1 large pepperoni was she answered $32. That is ridiculous they will not even help with a special. Customer service is lost to technology of online. I did not order from them.

The staff was awesome.

Delicious lunch buffet with a variety of scrumptious pizzas. The staff went beyond. There is a room with a TV playing sports. Super experience.

Facility is clean and food is always ready as indicated.

I love Round Table pizza because of their zesty red sauce. I always ask for heavy sauce. However, despite asking for heavy sauce this location made the driest Round Table pizza I’ve ever had. Congratulations, this is the worst Round Table location I’ve ever eaten from.

I went to Round Table Pizza because I love their salad. The first item I ordered was a salad. Guess what, I did not get to have my salad As I began to serve myself, I had already put lettuce on my plate but I had to give it back because she said it was not paid for. I guess wasting it was better customer service than to allow me to eat it. I also paid for a soda that I wasn't allowed to take with me. No to go cups. So I paid for half of a drink,and your product (lettuce )was thrown away . Your employees just stood around doing nothing. I will never spend my money there again . So you do the math. 5 dollars of lettuce vs not spending 35 dollars ever again.
Good luck because I eat a lot of pizza but another company will reap the profits . I suspect management is ultimately responsible. How many customers can you afford to lose?
