I've been ordering from this Round Table for years. Sadly, it continues to go downhill. I placed my delivery order at 5:04 p.m. with a promise of delivery at 5:44 p.m. I called at 6:20 p.m. to find out where my order was and could not reach anyone at the store just their offsite ordering person. He said my order was in the oven and this was at 6:25 p.m. WTH! DONE with Round Table.

The Round Table Pizza on Howe Ave near Arden Way is close to my work. The pizzas here hold the standard of Round Table Pizza. They have a good amount of toppings and do not move or slide on the pizza. The pizzas from Round Table Pizza are good-looking and delicious. The workers are fast and polite. They have a huge and safe parking lot, too.

Very very bad store I ordered by phone I paid $33 bucks 1 pizza my own order they delivery to someone deference location to deference address they refused pay me back I called my bank to my refund I don t recommend anyone to prefer this place pls don t

I used to work for this franchise owner, we tried our best to get things out on a time table, what the heck happened? In the past decade did the ownership change?!? The is the second time (in a row, in the past month) my family has ordered and the pizza is over an hour later than quoted. Call the store all you want no one will answer it goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full (for a reason I assume). Straight terrible, I order at 4pm and it’s almost 7pm with no pizza, no answer, and upset children.
I am never ordering from here again and I suggest no else should order from here.

My last 4 orders have been incomplete or just never showed up. Good luck calling to talk to somebody at the store. You will get a call center from another country that will promise your order is on its way but it just never comes. I'm done ordering from Round Table! You've been warned!!

Not only did I wait 20 minutes for my order they messed up 1 of my pizzas. When I started eating the pizza about halfway in there was a peice of hair in it. I was disgusted and it ruined my appetite. The pizza was done sloppy as well. The is a heavier set gentleman that was making the pizza with really long hair everywhere. They should be wearing hair nets or at least tieing their hair. I will never order from here again. It's sad because round table was always my go to. This location is horrible with horrible customer service. Spent 60$ on 2 pizzas and didn't even enjoy it. 😑
