This was the best experience we have had at this location. Toneille provided excellent service and the food was perfect.
Food and service were excellent! We had the pleasure of enjoying the best Caesar salad we've ever had, as well as the best steaks! The staff was attentive, kind and personable.
Celebrating our anniversary with a delicious meal 40oz porterhouse with sides... yum! Jessica was great as well, TY!
I have never been to a Wine Tasting dinner, at Ruth's or anywhere else. I didnt know what to expect. It was fun and it was informative. Not really the romantic setting for my husband and my anniversary that I wanted and now I know.
Service and ambiance were outstanding. We found the steaks just “okay” compared to other steakhouses we've enjoyed.

What a disappointing experience. We've been to this RC location many times but this time was different. We booked a reservation through OT for my son's birthday dinner. Our table was in an auxiliary room off the bar not in the main dining area. The room had little to no airflow and was very stuffy. My steak while served on the 500 degree plate, fell flat and lacked seasoning or flavor. We never saw the manager during our time in the restaurant, usually at RC they stop by the table to make sure guests are enjoying their meal. Overall it was just an uninspired meal for $450.
Need a dress code lots of hats short pants some yoga pants and hats -not a good look at a prime steakhouse Food was good great value and great service
We come here when we want great food and great service. Never have to worry if the food will be good because it always is...servers were excellent and friendly. One of our fav places to go.
Derek did an excellent job and made a great first impression for the business to my friend who was there for the first time ever.
