I really wanted this place to be great. I visited a few times because one time is not good enough to judge. This is actually 2 restaurants in 1. It's Sactown burgers and Skip's fish and chicken. I didn't care for the fish and chicken I had tried. It was dry and not very flavorful. The last time I went, I ordered the pictured philly, to go. When I opened it up, as you can see, it had little filling. Very disappointing, especially with the rise in cost of everything nowadays.

Never GOING HERE AGAIN !!!!!!!
It’s a very dry spot and the food was horrible for reals. The bread was all soggy the bacon or whatever meat they put in the burger was nasty and the patty was dryer than the Mojave desert. I will NEVER GO BACK AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANY OUT OF TOWNERS OR COMMUNITY MEMBER TO WASTE UOUR MONEY ON THESE $13 a burger. I’m NOT GOING TO LIE IM VERY UPSET AT WASTING MY MONEY ON THIS INSTEAD OF BUYING CARLS JR. smh it’s very over priced there as I think about for some not so good quality of food!!!!!!

Double cheeseburger is amazing and well worth the money, the secret sauce is amazing,, my girlfriend got there beef quesadilla with chipotle ranch that was amazing with salsa, sour cream on the side
Food is severely disappointing, the only reason I gave this place 5 chances is because they serve halal meat. But after the recent try I’m done giving this place any more chance. The prices are exorbitantly high while the food is outright disappointing, skimming on portion sizes and ingredients.Tried the cheesesteak 3x and it seems like they shrunk the sandwich size, it lacked the basic amount of meat and cheese. Fried Chicken is also under seasoned and lack the basic crispiness in general.I wish they worked on their food quality, it’s not worth the price you pay.

I was excited when I saw the sign and I really wanted to like this place in my neighborhood but it was the worst experience I've had.1) They use cheese sauce on the burger and not real cheese so the bun was instantly a soggy mess. It was drenched in sauce and sloppy out of the bag. (We ate in the restaurant)2) The pastrami on the burger was a weird gray color. Pastrami should be pink. And it was tough and chewy.3) The beef patty was super thin and the bun was super thick (but still soggy and very hard to eat)4) The price for 2 pastrami burgers, 1 soda, 1 fry and 1 milkshake was $44. Ouch.5) My wife said the bathroom looked like a truck stop.6) The paint was peeling off the trash cans and the window in the front door was shattered.7) We ate at the location but the food still came soggy in a brown sack - No trays? They do offer free ranch and free refills on soda so that gets them the 1 star.I hate to do this to a small business but this was terrible.

The place was clean inside. I ordered a hamburger, a NY chopped cheese sandwich, two orders of onion rings, and tow sodas. The onion rings were skimpy, they came in tiny white bags, the chopped cheese fell apart. I'm assuming that they don't toast the bread before they put all that stuff on it. My husband like his hamburger.I won't be coming back. The food was waaay overpriced for what I got.

I tried the cheeseburger and a cheesesteak. Very tasty both, but WAY OVERPRICED. Will never go there again due to the fact there are many other wonderful burger joints nearby with more reasonable prices. Plus, The woman who took my order couldn’t even tell me what type of cheese they put on the cheese steak she said, “ oh it’s shredded cheese”, (seriously) “what TYPE of cheese”? I asked. “I don’t know” she says. Now smoke is coming from my nostrils! I said well will you please ASK someone! I told her she should know the answer to that. Unreal!

First time thoughts: the food, which these reviews should primarily be about, was indeed delicious. Sometimes you need that classic burger and fries type of meal and this place did not disappoint. That being said, the reason why I will come back and support this place is because of the response I received from the owner when our order arrived and it was not right. My hat is off to Mo because he immediately rectified the mistakes, communicated with poise like a boss and took care of us. All in all, the place is clean, the food is delicious and most of all I believe in this business simply because I believe the man running it has integrity and a whole lot of respect for his patrons. That goes a long way. Many blessings to this family business. They have mine.
Good cheese steak!
