Horrible food, overcooked-micowaved, way over salted. overall tasted old and reheated. at 6:30pm. which has not been my experience from other Black Bear locations. very disappointed.

Putting my negative review back up because after reaching out twice via email, per manager's request, I never received a reply. So firstly, horrible service, including management. The original review was because their phone doesn't work at that location. I had ordered doordash, but the restaurant refuses special requests, and I just wanted to say no butter on my English muffin. So I called. Phone gives a weird sound and then disconnects. Not only was there butter on the English muffin (because there was no way to request otherwise), but worse, they put it in with the egg scramble and it had soaked up all the egg juice, so I had to throw the muffin away. Gross. Let's see if the manager reaches out this time, as they had promised previously...

We stopped at the Black Bear Diner, Arden Way, Sacramento and had a decent lunch. My wife used the rest room and the stall was dirty. She didn’t want to touch the dirty toilet paper dispenser and the door was dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. I hope management looks at this review and does a better job.

Latino Host with hair combed to the side was grumpy and seemed disgruntled made my wife uncomfortable the way he talked to her snappy, maybe customer service is not his path
The price for my breakfast ( although absolutely delicious) made me cry. I had the Shasta scramble with wheat toast and fruit. If I ever win the lottery, I will return.
