I will never go back there again service is bad and the food is terrible and the price is a little bit higher I can go to Huckleberry's and get the same thing I order and the food is higher quality and you can't beat their prices.

The server was just average. The food was just average. The restaurant was not very clean. I used the restroom to wash my hands and it was disgusting.

My fiancé and I just left that place I always love the vibe here the food is really good this time was a lil different as we had Salvador as our server he provided excellent service to us we left full n very satisfied we recommend the establishment and you should for sure request Salvador as your server thank you we will be back again .

We arrived at the diner at approximately 12:45 and were told the wait would be approximately 40-45 minutes by the manager, Raul. At approximately 1:35, I inquired if our table was ready and was told that everyone in the party needed to be present to be seated. This was not something that we had been told in advance, and it would have been helpful to know this, as it was plainly apparent that we were still waiting for members of our party. Two members of our party shared that they were diabetic and needed to eat, and Raul was utterly unhelpful and entirely dismissive of the entire situation. He was unwilling to come up with any solution or help to problem solve in any way. I asked about a table for the people who were here, and he grudgingly said he would start to get it ready. I let him know that I would want additional seats added when the rest of the party showed up, and was met with the response of how important it was to accommodate the other guests and that doing so was more of a priority, despite our waiting unnecessarily long. Once we were seated, our server was extremely kind and understanding, however Raul was sending mean looks across the dining room to me whenever he was in the vicinity. I was shocked to hear that such an unprofessional and uncaring staff member had risen to the ranks of manager, and how unwilling he was to problem solve to meet the stated medical needs of patrons. Angelica was lovely and a dream as a server, but we will not be returning due to management. I truly hope he treats his staff better than he treats his diners. It is an understandable policy, but communication is key. If you have leadership that is lacking maturity, kindness, communication skills, and the ability to problem solve, you have a recipe for disaster. The Sacramento, CA location in Arden is truly that recipe for disaster.
