Called ahead before going to order cupcakes to make sure they were able to complete my order. ( A week in advance to party date) Bakery staff on the phone said they would be able to complete my order no problem. After arriving they told me they would not do my order. I told them I spoke to someone on the phone who said it would be no problem. They were treating me very rude and being condescending and without saying the actual words basically called me a liar about speaking to someone on the phone before showing up. Other departments at this store have great customer service but I will avoid the bakery in the future.

Best Xmas Eve shopping experience! Santa is in the house sharing holiday cheer. The employees are in holiday gear - providing smiles & excellent customer service! Even though they were sold out of a key ingredient I needed, they double checked in back & were so sweet with their apology. Even suggested a few ideas for other ingredients! Crazy to say - So much fun, didnβt want to leave!
I actually didnt go the bakery but everywhere else in the store! They are all great very helpful & coupons are great this week! They were out of the ribs but I can go back tmro no prob
