Called ahead before going to order cupcakes to make sure they were able to complete my order. ( A week in advance to party date) Bakery staff on the phone said they would be able to complete my order no problem. After arriving they told me they would not do my order. I told them I spoke to someone on the phone who said it would be no problem. They were treating me very rude and being condescending and without saying the actual words basically called me a liar about speaking to someone on the phone before showing up. Other departments at this store have great customer service but I will avoid the bakery in the future.

Shout out to the cashier's and management at this store. Assistant mgr "T" and staff were very helpful in my purchase of a seasonal item. Next time I'm in the neighborhood will definitely stop and shop at this store.

Worst customer service. Every time. It just always seems that the deli people really dislike their job. After waiting 10 minutes. The deli lady tells me, " I can't help you, I'm going on lunch" and walks away. Tells me to call customer service for help. Never like coming here.

I used to come to Safeway frequently to buy chicken breast because I thought they were pretty inexpensive per pound (~$1.69 per pound). Recently the price per pound has increased substantially. Now I must pay $3.69 for each chicken breast pound. Did they change supplier or something? Now I just go to Raley's since I would pay the same price.

This place is always dirty. Clerks/employees do bare minimum. They are careless with cleaning. Never do they have sanitizer wipes in huge container for wipes at the door. Management does not follow thru with requests for better service.
Today I was in the store....sign says mask required. A woman, not masked, is at the US Bank Spending more than 20 minutes on a transaction and bragging about not wearing masks. I asked for the store manager... no one wanted to take responsibility for talking to the woman. They passed the buck...the manager did nothing....absolutely nothing. Said he was going to call 311, but he keep working. This store does not care about your health and welfare people.

The bakery here completely blew my mind it was beautiful and tasted so delicious. So pleased with the outcome. I placed the order two days before we needed it. Last minute decided to have a small gathering for our daughter. Safeway bakery was there for us and delivered quality product and experience.

Review for the deli department. I was graced with Ms.Usam as my sandwich artist. One customer was already being serviced at the counter and as I waited she greeted me and let me know she would be right with me. The wait wasn't long and her positive attitude was just as delightful as watching her make my lunch. Although she was wearing a mask I could tell she was smiling and that made me smile. I was having a pretty rough morning and the simple transaction between her and I completely turned my morning woes into a thing of the past. The sandwich may not have made it out of the parking lot but her positive attitude definitely will radiate throughout my day.
